| "The property was great, light and spacious with lots of room for everyone. The pool was brilliant, spent every day there and so close to the house.
The old town was within walking distance with a great pub to have a drink at on route.
definitely recommend having a car as getting to other local activities and places are not within walking distance.
The key holders were very helpful and friendly and would help out with transport if required. All our group enjoyed our holiday, the 2 older children (young teenagers)would of liked a bit more to do that was within walking distance.
Would recommend the villa to friends and will go back myself in a couple of years to see how the area has developed."

| "Casa Olivia is a lovely, well looked-after property. The accommodation was exactly as described on the website. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is 15 - 20 minutes walk away. Murcia airport really is just 10 minutes down the motorway, which made picking up the various members of the family as they arrived so easy.
The pool was far better than we expected and was very clean and the pool surround was in very good condition. The villa is in a road where there are only a couple of rental properties and the year-round residents were friendly and helpful. Margaret and Barry, from whom we picked up the villa keys, were lovely and always available if we needed them.
We have already recommended Casa Olivia to some friends and would have no hesitation in returning there should we stay in this area again."

| "We had a great holiday at Casa Olivia. It is furnished to a very high standard and staying there with 3 children all under the age of 2years it is very child friendly and very safe. Including the kids there were 7 of us in the villa and we found there to be plenty of space.
The pool area is very nice and clean and having the toddler pool was a big bonus. The pool is very close to the villa, you can see it from the terrace.
The town is about a 20 min stroll away but there are a couple of bars/restaurants closer. We really liked it at Pueblo Latino, very nice safe atmosphere. There are some lovely restaurants there, we enjoyed an Italian called Plaza.
Down near the harbour there are some great ice cream parlours, Iv never seen or tasted ice cream like it, delicious.
Casa Olivia is in a residential area and Torre de la Horadada is very Spanish although we didnt have any trouble ordering meals, etc. We will definately return to Casa Olivia in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

| "THE VILLA WAS CLEAN & VERY WELL KEPT. THE AREA & POOL WERE ALSO WELL KEPT,THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL.
THE SUPERMARKETS, COUPLE OF PUBS, SHOPS &
RESTAURANTS A PLESANT WALK AWAY,
THE MAIN PART OF TOWN & BEACH WAS ABOUT A 10-15MIN WALK.
CAR WAS,NT NEEDED, BUT WAS HANDY FOR GETTING ABOUT OTHER TOWNS & MARKETS.

| "The property is in an excellent position, easily accessible from the road net work and Murcia Airport.
We rented the property in June 2007 as a summer retreat, in 2008 we used the property as a base to explore the area. The whole experience was easy with the road networks excellent directions and light traffic conditions.
For someone not looking for a beach holiday we found plenty of destinations of interest.
The description of the property on the Web site is accurate and well worth a visit.

| "What a wonderful place to stay. We found the standard of finish outstanding and the villa was spotless. We received some fantastic information on the surrounding area before we arrived. The owners couldn't have been more helpful.
It was great to be able to walk to restaurants, take aways, supermarkets and even a garden centre. Other towns were only 15 mins drive in the car. Our children (aged 3 and 1) loved the beach with the swing, climbing frame and see-saw.
My husband loved the quality of food in the different squares.
The swimming pool was spotless and great for toddlers.
Many thanks for thinking of all the items you need but never take such as inflatables, pegs, books, videos. And finally spotless bathrooms with proper showers!

It is a quiet area with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The small pool is but seconds away, safely enclosed wonderful for children.We a party of three adults enjoyed an early morning dip.
There are three really good beaches close by and the nature reserve about half an hours drive was wonderful, especially if you like surfs.Owners and caretakers very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this villa and thank you for a lovely holiday."

| "As a young family we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very well equiped, clean and ideally situated for shops, beach and restuarants. The pool is a stones throw away from the villa and kept clean. We found the location to be quite making it a fantasic holiday for familes, the pool was never crowded and the other villa owners in the area where friendly and very helpful.
I would recommend anyone to stay at Casa Olivia.

"A fantastic villa in a peaceful location, yet so handy for local shops, restaurants and beaches! The villa was extremely well equipped and was exceptional value for money. We found it especially suited for families like ours with small children. We enjoyed the pool immensely. The local area was beautiful and the old town with its Torre, quaint squares and secluded beaches couldn't be better! The villa was also conveniently located for touring the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone!!! Thank you for a truly brilliant holiday!"

| "We had a great time at the villa which was very well furnished and equiped. The location is quiet yet only a 10-15 minute walk into the square with its restaurants, and the same distance from the three beaches.
The pool is less than 100 metres away and was never very busy when we were there but was clean and ideal for the kids.
Barry and Margaret who manage the villa were really helpful and had cleaned and prepared the property to a high standard. Great communication from the owners before we went and the info pack left in the villa was very good.
Will definately come back!!!"

"The property was exactly as described, in a quiet cul de-sac with all the facilities of a modern home. The shared good sized swimming pool was just metres away and shopping facitities a short walk.
The beaches reachable in a flat leisurely walk of approx. 15 mins were spotless, with a choice of 4 beaches. Plenty of car parking for those who wish to drive.
The property exceeded expectations and the location just 15 mins. from Murcia Airport was ideal.
The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the holiday at the accomodation.
A few phrases of Spanish language would be useful as Restaurants and Bars are predominately Spanish in the area."

Just as an addition to the comment above that knowing a few phrases of Spanish in restaurants would be handy- many of the restaurants are Spanish owned but all we have visited so far have menus in English and we have not yet come across a waiter that did not talk good English, so whilst I think the Spanish do appreciate us making the effort with the language 'Hola -hello' 'gracias - thank you' it is by no means an area of Spain where you do need language skills and many of the British ex pats living there only know a few basic words in Spanish.

"We were more than satisfied with the villa. A lot of thought has gone into making it perfect for
having a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Although we did find the pool slightly inadequate
at peak times.
The location is really good for all of the local facilities,so as you can easily survive without a car,but is also handy for the various highways,if you have one.

It is highly likely there will be times when you will have the whole pool to yourselves. The pool is a good size and can be seen from the house so it is easy to gauge if it is an occasion where there are a few other people there.

| "WELL WHAT CAN I SAY ? THIS PROPERTY IS A CREDIT TO THE OWNERS. THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY PUT A GREAT DEAL OF THOUGHT INTO RENTING . EVERYTHING IS IMMACULATE WITH ALL YOU COULD EVER NEED FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY. AS FOR THE LOCATION WE USED ALICANTE AIRPORT WHICH MADE FOR ABOUT A 45MIN JOURNEY ( VERY EASY ) THE AREA IMMEDIATELY AROUND THE PROPERTY WAS VERY PEACEFUL BUT WITHIN A 10-20 MINUTE WALK OF RESTURANTS AND THE BEACH .THERE WAS A VERY GOOD SUPERMARKET 500 YDS ALONG THE ROAD. TO FINISH, ALL THAT'S LEFT TO SAY IS WE WILL BE BACK SOON."
