| "Visited this property for 2 weeks in August of this year. If you want a little bit of luxury and superb views, this is for you. The owners are a very helpful and your transfer will be organised through them. There is a lovely English lady to check if you need anything and she will visit shortly after your arrival. You will be given her local contact number in case you have any questions. The villa is absolutely lovely with all the mod cons. The price is very competitive whe you stay with a few people. We stayed with 5 but you could easily stay with 8 or even 10 if some are children. One word of warning - not the place if you intend walking back to the property if you are in any way infirm or have toddlers and a pushchair it is very hilly and the road is an unmade track, something that may change in the months to come. We are reasonably mobile but always took a cab into town and back - its really cheap. Kalkan itself is a great place with literally more than 200 restraurants, 70 or which have a rooftop with great views. ENJOY"

| "Villa Kariska has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The Villa is very well equipped inside and out and the local support is also excellent in case of any problems.
Kalkan has numerous places to eat and drink and the local people are extremely helpful and provide great levels of service. They also love children and make a great fuss of them - this makes eating out a pleasure.
There are loads of trips and excursions to keep everyone busy and the local beach clubs provide a relaxing day by the sea. I would recommend boats trips and scuba diving as well as Jeep safari and river tubing.
Overall a great holiday for adults, teenagers and younger children - I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Villa Kariska."

| "We booked this villa just by looking on line as our summer holiday with another family.
The transfers arranged were very good although if you get car sick then take a travel pill as you land as the roads into Kalkan are a bit winding.
The cleaners were still at the villa when we arrived but when they had finished it was immaculate (also when the cleaning was done during our stay).
The accomodation was above expectation & it was in a nice quiet location. Although there were other villas in close proximity we were never disturbed (we may have disturbed them more!).
The views are stunning, looking out over the town & sea.
There was a problem with the pool when we arrived but this was in the process of being attended to & was sorted within a day. We had numerous power cuts during our stay, nothing the owners could do about it but it is worth taking a couple of torches with you just in case as the road is not quite finished & can get a bit dark if there are any cuts.
There was plenty of room for both families (total of 6, 4 adults & 2 teenagers) & room for more.
We found the owners very friendly, helpful & easy to deal with, booking was very straight forward with good communication throughout & a very nice card was received from them on our return.
We would definitely recommend this to our friends & colleagues & look forward to returning to Kalkan in the near future."

| "Villa Kariska is a lovely villa in a beautiful village and is ideal for two families sharing. There is lots of space and it doesn't feel crowded, there are areas to relax away from the kids or communial areas to enjoy all the families company.
The view from the villa is wonderful and is only 15 minutes from town, although it is on a steep slope flat shoes are required.
Our stay here was fabulous and we would definately return to Kalkan. We hired a jeep during our stay which allowed us to explore around neighbouring towns. I recommend this as we found it very rewarding and didn't have to rely on timed excursions.
The villa more than catered for all our needs and was extremely comfortable. The owners Fiona and Richard are lovely and were very attentive to our needs to ensure we had an excellent time.
Thank you xx
