| "We were greeted with a warm welcome from Erika who showed us where everything was in the apartment including extra bedding if we needed it. The apartment was bright, spacious and immaculate.
The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town with many bars, resturants and great shops and also the port and beach. The supermarket was also just a 5 minute walk away for all your needs.
There were many leaflets available in the apartment about the local area and further afield to give you some ideas of how to spend your time.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a ramp to the lift as well as stairs. We have no hesitation in reccomending this apartment and all being well we will be booking a return visit next year."

| "This is indeed a beautiful well appointed flat just a few minutes walk away from the city centre and a two minutes from a fine supermarket. The first impression is really powerful - a really spacious bright living room. The internet pictures are completely realistic. I took one of the bikes to Capo Caccia but beware, its farther than it looks and quite a hard slog, and the saddle is really hard on the bum after a couple of hours! Take lots of water. The bikes themselves are good quality mountain bikes with suspension.
The welcome was very friendly and informative. Would we recommend this flat? We already have!"

| "Great location close to old town and supermarket. Bicycles an added bonus in ordrr to get the white beach. Very clean and comfortable and good arangement for hand over.
Would consider a return visit.

| "The apartment is very well located, in the center of the town, the street is quiet and there is a lot of light. The bikes allowed us to go to many places in Alghero and the surrounding area. It is a very clean wide and beautiful apartment, we would recommend to everybody to stay here. For sure we are going to return as far as the island is very big and there are a lot of places we would have not been able to visit in 2 days. The lady that gave us the key was very helpful and there is also a lot of turistic information in the apartment, and also the detailed mail the owner sent us previously gave us a complete guide for restaurants, places to go, etc..."

"Very clean, spacious apartment, well furnished.
Good location close to old quarter, beach & amenities.
Well looked after by Erika.
Shame no balcony but overall we had a wonderful holiday & I would recommend the property to any couple or small family."

"This apartment is very comfortable, spacious and bright with lots of extras supplied such as toilet rolls, tea, sugar, washing up liquid. The only thing it lacks is a terrace and a view! Unfortunately the lady who met us from the bus to show us the apartment had limited English and although very sweet and friendly was not very useful really. In fact she gave us false information about supermarkets. This apartment does not have a kettle as listed.
There is a folder of leaflets about the surrounding area but I feel it would be more useful to have some notes about the location of for instance supermarkets, tourist office, train station and any local information they feel would be useful.
All in all we had a fabulous holiday and the town is delightful"

Thanks for your good review and oppinion about the apartment, maybe there was a little language problem, but we never give false information, and previously we send a long e-mail informaing you in quite good english about all the relevant details and places Alghero, including a map with tourist office, train station and a lot of relevant local information

"The property itself was nice enough, in a good location for exploring Alghero town and the surrounding area.
We were disappointed when we were met, as there was some confusion over the booking and were not shown the workings of the place, as promised. Also having booked the apartment to make use of the bikes, we were not given the keys to the padlocks, limiting us to walking and public transport.
Our deposit was never returned to my credit card, despite leaving the apartment in a good, clean condition after our stay."

Maybe there was some confusion about the booking because the lady takking care of the apartment (one of them) was new and she just was a bit confused. Anyway I solved it talking to you by phone when you were entering the apartment... The workings of the place are always explained in a previous mail and later explained by the lady giving you the key. As regards the bicycles, the previous guest had destroyed one of them, and we ensured a record time to have a replacement for you, myabe there was a confusion with the new girl regarding the padlocks, but you just had to phone us THE OWNERS (PLEASE DO IT ALWAYS WHEN IN TROUBE, WE INSTRUCT YOU TO DO IT LIKE THIS !!!). Regarding the deposit, you are just unfair, it was a Villarenters.com problem, I insisted them to solve it and you was finally refounded, so we had the hope you would modify your unfair value...

| "Stayed at end of Apr 08:- Appartment was in great location in Alghero - only a 5 min stroll to the sea, old town and supermarket.
Lovely appartment- light and airy. Description and pics are accurate.
We were picked up at the bus stop as planned and various queries were answered during the stay. There is a bit of noise from the street in the morning, but it does make you feel part of the town. I would recommend it, we had a great hol, and this time of the year was good as not too many tourists and weather was 20-30 degrees!"

Thanks for your good oppinion and review, anyway we do not offer parking space, but there is normally not special problems to park the car in the neighbouring streets and we indicate where there is a huge parking in case you need it at 5 streets from the apartment (specially for certain periods in August). Even the girl taking care of the apartment took her car out of their space to allow you to park...

| "Greeted at the bus stop and taken to the apartment the service was excellent, we were even taken to the nearest supermarket so we knew where to go.
The apartment has excellent facilities shoudl you choose to eat in and is ideally situated leaving only a short walk from the bus stop when you arrive. It is only 5 mins to the old town its restuarants and 10-15 mins walk to Alghero beach.
