| "The Villa and facilities were excellent. The area in which the Villa is located is easily situated and easy to find. A car is a must with easy access to the to the delights of Agia Napa and Proterus."

| "the villa was outstanding, and the help we got to settle in and sort out hiring a car,where to go etc was brilliant and really unexpected, thank you so much. we arrived in the really early hours of the morning and it was realy great to find tea, coffee, milk,bread in fact all the essentials and lots of extras had been provided. i would recommend anyone wanting a relaxing holiday to visit the ponderosa. a car is a must if you want to eat out, ayia napa and proteras are both only a short drive away. there is a shop and cake shop at the end of the road, a walk into frenaros wouldn't take long but take care as there is no pavement at the moment."
