| "This was an absolutely stunning property in a gorgeous location. Close proximity to Skala for both its beautiful beach and hundreds of restaurants. We could not have asked for more. The owners were incredibly helpful as was the housekeeper Mrs Teresa. We would definitely return."

| "This property is great for a large group. Plenty of places to sit and admire the spectacular view.
The property however is an hour from the airport not half an hour - and the walk into the village takes nearly half an hour not ten minutes as stated."

| "The villa is in a lovely position with wonderful views and is a very nice property, however, there is no mention in the property details of the number of stairs. First of all you have to go down a lot of stairs to reach the bottom of the stairs that go up to the villa entrance! Secondly, although it is obvious from the property details that there are stairs inside as it is on 3 floors, they are, or could be, dangerous for older people and young children as several of them are very narrow on one side, similar to spiral staircases. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is very small, there isnt enough room to walk properly down each side of the bed, you have to walk sideways to get into bed! Also the en suite shower room to the 3rd bedroom is also very small - I now have bruised ankles from knocking them on the corner of the shower as I walked past to the sink! There is only soft furniture to sit 2 people, when the property holds 6, and only 4 sunbeds by the pool. There was only one barbecue for all 4 villas when we asked for the barbecue it was taken, without telling the people staying there, from our neighbouring villa. There is NO childrens playground - when we spoke to the owner she said she meant the grassy area - this is certainly not know as a childrens playground in England, and I dont think it is in Greece, or anywhere else for that matter so as far as I am concerned that is basically untrue."

"The pool area was beautiful but the accommodation a bit disappointing for the price as there was no bath and the stairs (3 floors) are very slippery especially when wet ,which is often with small kids swimming and my young son did fall down them so you have to be very careful with small children. My cousin stayed at a beautiful hotel around the corner for the same price which included breakfast and dinner."

Regarding your comment for the nearby hotel, it is common knowledge that you cannot compare a hotel roon to a 3-bedroom villa with a private garden & pool.
As for the stairs, any type of staircase get slippery when stepping on them wet (to be wet indoors should be anyway avoided).
We are really surprised with your current comments, as during your stay you have expressed your enthusiasm most often.

| "Only minor point was the marble stairs, they look fantastic however we did get rain and this made them very slippery, might be an idea to add some kind of grip or even hand rail as we did get one fall during the holiday."

| "A light airy property, with a modern feel & stunning views of the coast. Simply, but tastefully furnished and well equiped for a family property. The newly constructed pools were well thought out, and provide a focal point for the gardens. Overall a delightful surprise, which even the website photos did not do justice to."

| "beautiful,beautiful location. excellent accommodation. all facilities provided. lovely pool. a couple of nice restaurants across the road. villa not in village ( can be seen from the villa) although informed it is in easy walking distance, we did not attempt due to having an elderly relative with us."

| "The property was excellent and the facilities, inlcuding maid service were top class.
Although a pleasant walk the time needed to walk to the village was longer than we expected from the information on the website. I think it should be extended.
That said we were very pleased and had a lovely holiday

| "We enjoyed a superb week at the Villa and the addition of a private swimming pool provided a welcome bonus for our twin five year old grandsons. Mum and Dad also had a good time in the accommodation which was just about right for a party of six. The walk down into Skala is diificult with young children therefore car hire or local taxi at five euros a single journey is a must.
The villa was well stocked and was spotless with pool towels also provided."
