| "I would thoroughly recommend this villa. The setting and view are fantastic. It is close enough to the town to walk but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet and the great views. Great child friendly local restaurant within 3 mins walk of the villa. The owners are really hospitable and helpful. We will definitely love to come back. The only way to improve it would be provide more shade and childrens plastic crockery."

| "It is in a nice position with great views.
but I do not think this villa is suitable for 8 people, possibly not even 6 when considering you only get one umbrella per property which breaks in a small breeze, and that you have to walk through one of the guest bedrooms to reach the pool.
You will need a car or need get cabs all the time as cars drive very fast down the beach road where there is no path and in some areas no lights.
the villa is a mile from the edge of the town as opposed to the actual town centre (as advertised) so it is quiet a walk on a steep hill.
all in all it was ok in a nice quiet location, but the gardens all overlook each other, its not very child friendly if your kids are walking around and the latyout of the villa is a little weird."

Sharing barbeque with other villas a bit of an inconvenience.
Overall highly reccomended and maid service a welcome bonus"

| "This property was great. The villas are perched in a spectauclar spot above Pelagos Bay in Skala. The view out to sea and towards Skala is to die for. We were in Villa 3 which is the most private of Villas 1-3 with its own pool. Pelagos Bay is beside the property with steps leading down to this beautiful spot from the road beside the Villas.
The property is serviced by a maid daily, she makes the beds cleans the bathrooms and floors and changes the linens every 3 days. All kitchen utensils are well provided for. All the bedrooms are airconditioned, the only area not is the living areas. If you are in Villa 1 or 2 this is not a problem as they have a pergola which the outdoor setting sits under but villa 3 does not have a pergola so the heat is quite intense. This is the only problem that we faced with the property and seeing we had 3 young kids and happened to be on the island with a mini heatwave we had to stay in the bedrooms when not enjoying the outdoors.
The owner Annita is very gracious and accomodating and does her best to make sure that your stay is one you will remember. I definately recommend this property."

| "What a fabulous villa and superb location. The villa was excellent and the pool area and gardens were stunning. I think Villa 3 has the most private outside area of the three villas, although all are lovely. The views from the villa were fantastic, especially from the upper bedroom. Location was great - close enough to walk into Skala but far enough away from the main area to make for a lovely relaxing stay. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves throughout our stay. We travelled with our five month old baby son and the owners supplied superb baby equipment for us (cot, highchair, linens and towels) which was good quality and very, very clean. Overall a perfect holiday and we will definitely return very soon."

| "Overall, we had a lovely holiday at Villa Brio - number 3. Excellent pre-holiday information from owner, very helpful and detail-oriented. Accomodation slightly under expectations though due probably to excellent pics on the website! Super pool area and pristine garden made for great outside living. Maid service adequate, the only misleading feature from website was "jump straight into the sea from villa" which in reality is a 2 minute walk down to the (lovely) private beach. Taxi trip from airport is also more like 45 mins.
All in all, we had a super week in the villa and found it an ideal base for day-trips to the rest of the island mixed with days lounging at the pool/beach. I would recommended this further."

| "This beautiful villa was an absolute joy to stay in, comfortable and fully equipped - perfect! The Island of Kefalonia is stunning andf the villa was an excellent base to explore from. The owners were helpful and friendly and we all felt totally at home there. Dinner down the road at the 'boat' is a must! All in all we had the best time and I would reccommend the villa to anyone."

| "Villa Brio is a modern and stylish villa, that had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It's location is excellent - just outside Scala(not too far to walk, but a taxi home was a useful option at 5 Euros!) with wonderful views of the coastline and across to Zante. The owners were hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The private pools provide the icing on the cake! We had a fantastic holiday, and will definitely return. Highly recommended!"

| "Villa Brio has one of the BEST settings you can imagine. Located on a ledge overlooking a private beach, near Skala 2.1 K to the center of this beautiful beach community. Villa 3 had Lots of room and plenty of views. The cable was not really working especially for English speaking viewers...No video rentals in Skala so DVD not used. Suggest if you have Children that you bring along your own selections of DVD's. Otherwise a great property, with a great location. I would return and I would recommend."

| "The location alone deserves your consideration! The villa is very clean and quite spacious and the villa owners are more than happy to help out. The cleaning service was not the best we've experienced, but the owners were in the middle of making some changes here, so this shouldn't be a problem. The access to Kefallonia's very best beaches in Skala is the number one reason to rent at Villa Brio. It is an easy 25 minute walk (or 3 minute Vespa ride) to the best beaches on the island! We highly recommend Villa Brio."

| "Villa Brio definitely met our expectations with excellent views over the sea and very nice surroundings. The villa is equipped with everything one could wish for and is quite comfortable. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Brio to our friends and we hope to return in the near future! The fact that each unit will have a private pool is a plus!"
