| "The property was very large and all the rooms had ample amounts of space.
Apart from that the villa is ideal for Disney and all the other attractions, as it is only 10 / 15 mins by car to these.
I would stay again at this villa again without any hesiation.
However it could do with a new sofa in the lounge area,new ironing board, the games room could do with a new pool table and the electronic darts need to be replaced as they did not work.
This is all minor stuff, but would have made the villa that much nicer to be in.
Id give this property 7.5 / 10 , if all the above was rectified i would give it a 9.

| "The whole party from adults to children were extremely impressed with the villa. The rooms were ample in size, the living area more than spacious. The standard was better than we had anticipated. The villa is situated in a quiet estate and within a 20 minute distance to all the Disney Theme parks. There is a wealth of shopping facilities on the 192 which is only a couple of miles away as well as the shops on Highway 27.
The pool was clean and well maintained, the linnen was of good quality.
The games room was an added bonus when the kids were getting restless before setting off for the day.
We would consider returning to this particular villa next time we visit Florida. Highly recommend it to anyone."

| "This is a great property with plenty of space, situated in a nice estate in a quiet location. It is close to the main roads with easy access to all the theme parks as well as a direct route to the beach. I would recommend this property. The booking system was hassle free. The only comment would be that we did not see or hear from anyone at the management company throughout our stay to check everything was ok, however this is not a criticism of the property."

| "We only looked at villas to compare the price with hotels and found the facilities and accommodation as well as the value for money far exceeded that of the available hotels. The property is on a short road in a quiet, small community close to all theme parks and highways but peaceful enough to escape from the noise."
