| "On first view of the property my family who had not been to florida before thought they had already reached Disney.
Layout was fantastic, and all of the rooms were decorated tastefully, being disabled my only drawback was the four poster bed although my girls begged for this room LOL ( i needed a step to get in it).
The property team who looked after the villa could not have been more helpful and when contacted got to us within 10 minutes excellent service.
My only critism of the property was that because of taking small ones there spent a fair amount of time in wall mart which is less than 5 minutes a way replacing crockery.
But overall length of time to Attractions was short, shopping was great and the villa resort very friendly especially the pool and PC room.
An absolute must for large groups."

| "14 of us, 6 young children and 8 adults, spent 2 weeks in the villa at 166 Castaway Beach Way, Terra Verde, and were very happy indeed with the accommodation and swimming pool. I would recommend the house to friends with up to 14 in the party. we felt that this was the absolute maximum. The air conditioning was excellent and both cooled or heated the house well.
There were a few small points of maintenance of the house which needed attention - we informed the management of these. The mid-stay clean was barely adequate and not all the bed linen was changed. At least 3 beds were missed.
The pool was lovely and warm and kept very clean by maintenance people. Both children and adults enjoyed it thoroughly."

"We really liked your villa and Terra Verde Resort for that matter. The home was ideally located and had everything we required. It was lovely maintained and furnished. When we arrived home we just wanted to go back. We will definately return again next year. Thank you for letting us use your home - we made the right choice.

| "We were a party of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) and at no point in our 3 week holiday did we find that we were getting in each others way, which is a challenge for any house.
The property is well situated for all the disney parks and fairly easy to find even after a long haul flight! Shops are within easy reach by car, as are numerous resturants.
Compared with Marbella the house is extremely good value for money. It is well furnished with comfort and usable furniture, which made it feel more like a home we could use, rather than a show house that you would be scared of letting 6 children loose in!
The pool and patio area although not huge are sufficient enough for enjoying each evening by all 12 of us. We chose to have the pool heated and this proved a good idea as the nights were cold enough to make the pool unusable if we hadn't.
Terra Verde community is a well run, clean and tidy, it also felt very secure as only one entrance that had a fulltime security guard. Roads quiet enough for me to play ball with the kids on them outside the house!
Overall I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a busy but relaxing holiday!
Our thanks to the owner for letting us use his house and making my first holiday in 10 years (started a family just after that one) into a holiday that none of us will soon forget!"

| "We were 3 families staying for 3 weeks in the property and there was plenty of room for all. Plenty of space and very comfortable this well looked after villa is ideally located for all that is on offer and we had a fabulous time there. We would think that anyone looking for a larger property on a nice resort need not look any further."

| "Every thing but the grill was perfect... - the grill was dirty and not clean to user. Actually it was so "used" that we placed it in one corner or the pool area as it was to ugly to look at...
The house was a perfect place to use as your base station..."

| "The house was well furnished and very relaxing to stay here. We had 3 families with 2 kids each, and there was plenty of room. The heated pool and air hockey/pool table activity room was loved by the kids, they enjoyed that as much as they did the theme parks.
We loved the house, and having rented two other houses in prior years, we have to say that this is by far the best house we ever rented. We would definitely look for this house again in the future! The kids were sad to leave and wanted to know when we could come back!
