| "Weve enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa is really well-equipped and kept tidy and functional. The kids enjoyed the pool and surrounding nature. Really close to Disney and to major highways, as promised. Very quiet neighborhood, we even used to take long walks in the evening.
The owner was very attentive to any questions we had and e-mailed us asap with answers.
We definitely recommend staying in this villa, and if we get to Orlando again, we will sure try to book it."

"The house was adquate for the short time I stayed with my family. If you are considering a longer stay you may want to be closer to Disney World and most of the eating places."

Wow, what an undeserved review rating(see some of our other reviews), the only complaint is the distance from Disney World, we advertise as being <15mins from Disney and we are <15mins from Disney. There are restaurants within a 5min drive and loads within 15mins. I assume the problem is that this stay was too short to get to know the area.

| "Enjoyed the layout, conveniences and location of villa. Some concerns on the future of the neighborhood and upkeep of homes in the subdivision. Toggle switch for the hot tub did not work to turn on the jets. Love the view from pool of pond. Need better TV cable selections."

| "We were exceptionally pleased with your property, which exceeded our expectations. I was personally pleased with the bath in the master bedroom. It was great to realax in after a hard day at the parks and Thomas loved the pool table and the swimming pool inflatables, which you kindly provided. The area was excellent. It was close to a supermarket and a bank and it was quiet yet close to the main highways leading to the parks. The only problem I had really was the plughole in the shower of the master bedroom was clogged up with hair and wouldn't drain properly. I have to agree there was quite a lot of hair in the bathroom too, as the other tenent mentioned. However, this was not something I felt I needed to complain about at the time and it did not change my opinion of the overall property. I would definately consider renting the villa again and recommending it to others. Thanks for helping make my holiday memorable."

"Good Morning, We had a great vacation down in florida,
the Villa was perfect. We especially liked the fact it
was backing onto the pond so you were not looking into
someones back yard. The Villa was clean and all
appliances were working well. We have family living in
Clermont and the Parks and entertainment are close so
the location is great for us. We are opening a new
business next month and will decide in the fall if we
will be going south next spring, if we do, we will be
booking your beautiful home again.

| "We very mcuh enjoyed our stay. Everything worked great except there were some problems with the spa that caused the pool to be cold for the first few days. The pool repair company came on Mon but could not fix and came again on Tue and apparently repaired as it was nice and warm for Wed and Thur and we greatly enjoyed swimming.
We thought the house was wonderful!!
Aso, I put %140 down as a damage deposit and was wondering if that would be just put back on myh credit card and when so I can be certain it is properly credited.
Thanks again and we are already talking about our next trip to Fla and plan to try to rent the house again

| "The property was better than expected. We had good contakt with the owner and the description was very good. Every thing was nice, the music was on, you felt immediatly at home.
One little notice, the cleaning in the bathrooms and toilets could be better. There was hair laying everywhere and I missed some tools for the kitchen, such as a colander. But overall it was very good. We called for assistance about the poolheating and somebody came right away.
We had a wonderful holiday, because of this house. we liked the good security on the door for the swimmingpool, because of our 2 year old son. We already recommended this house to our friends and maybe we're coming back ourselves. Thank you"
