"This is the 2nd time that we have stayed in this appartment and as usual we had a relaxing and excellent holiday. The appartment is well equipped for 4 people. My daughters visited us for a couple of days and everything was ready for there arrival extra bed linen provided and towels. The washing machine was great to haveas well.
Only one problem that there was no sky sports working on the televisions which didnt go down to well with my husband, perhaps you could look into this for our next visit."

Thank you for your email and I am glad you had a lovely time.
At the time of your visit, Sky and the satellite provider in the Canaries (Canal Plus) were in a legal battler and subseqently Sky temporarily suspended their service throughout the whole of Tenerife. So unfortunately this was the same for everyone on the island. The apartment still received BBC, ITV, CH4 and various other channels.

| "Last minute booking made in February 2009 for stay taken in March 2009.
Nicely presented, clean & homely apartment with well kitted out kitchen for self catering. Close to local amenities and lovely quiet area. Very little aircraft noise despite its relative proximity to airport. Apartment block and poolside kept very clean and tidy.
Only negatives (and these are really minor!) were main light in bathroom not working, main light in living area above ceiling fan flickering, chest of drawers in wardrobe broken and hot water really scalding - could do with being turned down a few degrees as seems dangerously high particularly for young children.
Otherwise an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks!"

| "This property has a premiere view of the Atlantic Ocean that few, if any, in the complex can match. Previous reviews have faulted the unit on the lack of sun received by the unit during the daythis is not a problem, there is plenty of sun and the pool is a brief lift ride away. We spent our time sunning by the pool. One issue was the lack of screens on the doors as the mosquitos at night are terrible. The ceiling fans were adequate and we only needed to keep the doors closed at night. We stayed 7 weeks and enjoyed everyday. The owner was pleasant and genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. Excellent value for our long term let."

| "Very nice apartments, nice and peaceful just what we were looking for. dissappointed with how very little sun was on the balcony. a couple of minor probs with apartment. We would definately return to these apartments as it was a lovely location but would look for an apartment that got more sunshine."

"the property was vey good, nice and clean and well equipped only minor detail was the safe was locked and therefore we could not use it to have our monies and passports locked away safely.we phoned the tenerife based lady who responded very quickly on the second evening but as she had to make contact with the previous tenants to get the safe numbers we were unable to use the safe until the evening before we returned home.
biggest moan however was that the keys to the outside left handside entrance doors were not good and sometimes it took a lot of patience to access the main entrance.

We always welcome feedback on our apartment and were pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday. We strive to make sure everything is right for our guests but it hard to allow for someone locking the safe and changing the combination! This should not happen in the future. Arrangements have been made for the keys to be checked to ensure no problems are encountered getting into reception.

"We stayed at this apartment from 15th to 26th July. The apartment and complex where very clean and were better than we had anticipated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others who want a peaceful and relaxed holiday or short break. The only negative thing for us was that the balcony did not get any direct sun."

Many thanks for your feedback and I am glad you had a lovely time.
In our opinion the balcony is ideal. When the sun is at its highest and most intense (July, Aug, Sept) it doesnt come into the apartment. During these months it can get uncomfortably hot if the sun is continually blasting in - but of course there is plenty of sun by the pool. When the sun is lower and less intense it does come onto the balcony. This is a much nicer time to for it to do so.

| "Having stayed at Aquarmina 3 times previously I can strongley recommend the complex and also this appartment. This appartment was very well equipped the washing machine is a great bonus although I didn't use it, but if you have childen I can see it would be very useful.
My only disappoitment which has been all the other times that I have stayed is that the swimming pool is not heated they may say it is. I have stayed a couple of times in Adelphas 1 at the same time of the year and there swimming pool is much warmer. Can you please put presssure on the Managing Agents to turn up the Thermostat!!!!!
I will be recommending this appartment to my friends.

| "Myself and a friend stayed at the appartment over christmas. Very quite, comfortable and convenient. We loved our meals on the balcony - an extra outside room. We enjoyed exporing the area and relaxing by the pool and on the balcony - no fighting for a sunlunger here! I did not expect to be able to watch the chirstmas TV from home too! Thankyou."

| "We had a lovely stay at 704 Aguamarina in February. The weather was gorgeous, the apartment is in prestine order and the complex is immaculately kept.
We loved waking up every morning to those gorgeous sea views and blue skies.
Thank you to Jon and his team for being so helpful and organising such a lovely holiday.
We plan to return to the same apartment, hopefully before the end of the year."

"This is our 4th year in these apartments, so I guess you can say, we like them. While the location, amenities and apartments are very good, two little niggles. (1) the key collection: at another venue with a dodgy combination padlock is very unproffessional especially after a long and sometimes delayed flight.
(2) Why dont the management company have the front doors locks sorted, numerous times people including oursevles having the fiddle about with the keys to gain access to the property.
The new apartments block next door, Aguamarina Golf Apartments, ticks all of the above boxes and is quite competive within reason.

Thanks for the feedback and for booking the apartment for the 4th time. Having spoken to you I know how much you enjoyed your stay.
Just a few comments in reply to yours:
1) After exploring several avenues to get the keys to you, you actually decided the best way to collect them was in the resort. As agreed, should your flight be delayed we would leave them in our central key collection point and you had full details on this. This has been used for 5 years by 100's of guests and has worked well.
2) I can only assume you are talking about the complex front doors. There are two doors next to each other at the front of the complex. As per the instructions given to you, your key fitted the left hand side door and not the right hand one. Many people think they must fit both.
3) The new block next door is a 3 key (not even 3 star) time share complex with basic standard apartments. We would like to think this apartment being a home from home is much more desirable and doesn't cost any more either.
However, I know how much you love the apartment and the complex, the views really can't be beated, so I do hope we will see you for the 5th time.

| "Firstly, we would like to thank Jon and the team for organising the holiday - all arrangements went extremely smoothly. The taxi transfer was excellent and the man who collected us (from Jon Winfield's team) called Keith actually lived in the Aquamarina complex where we stayed and was able to give us lots of 'local' advice on shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped -particularly plenty of plug points, mirrors and lighting which is usually a bugbear in many apartments!! It was also a treat having 2 Tvs - watching BBC news in the morning in bed with a cup of tea with a warm sun outside in February! The balcony was outstanding - very large and had the sun from 10.00 am - 6.00 pm every day ! We would definitely return ! Thanks again for a great week. John and Joyce Nutter"

| "We stayed in this apartment for 3 months - Jan to the end of March and had a fantastic time. Just like home from home.
Lovely front line views, an immaculately kept complex and very friendly people too. We found the apartment to be very clean and fresh with all mod cons.
Jon and his onsite management team who look after the apartment were a joy to deal with. Always pleasant and obliging.
We will definitiely be back!"
