| "The villa is suited in a very quiet neighborhood, we like that a lot.
Almost no traffic on the road near the villa.
It was a bit to walk to Pereybere beach (maybe 10-15 minutes), but we done that many times everyday.
We got what we want when we decide to rent Belle Vue Villa.
Everything was like they say at Villarenters.com.
The owner of the villa gets us good contacts in Mauritius and help was there when we need it.
The transfer between airport and the villa was really nice. The driver shows us everything we need to know both in Pereybere and in the villa.
If we come to Pereybere again, we surely will rent the villa again.
I and my two friends thank all of them that take care of us under the vacation.

| "Good value for money. The villa is very close to the beach but you must have a car to get to many beautiful beaches around the island. The airconditioning is only in one of the bedroom but there was enough fans in every beroom. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and not expensive."

| "We were welcomed to Mauritius by two of the owners family who drove us to the villa and then onto the shops. A great welcome. the villa was roomy and the swimming pool a great place to chill. The boys enjoyed it enormously.
The village itself is very friendly with great restaurants the beach was great."

| "This was one of the best self-catering households I've been to in a while. I normally book establishments like this one to avoid the nuisances that come along with the sub-par services you get from Hotels. This was my first time in Mauritius so I approached my searches with caution. Fortunately, the Villa contact made me feel at ease and kept a line of communication open.
Belle-Vue Villa exceed my expectations in service and convenience beyond the facade of the beautiful Villa. The accomodation was set-up with all the tools (kitchen utensils, linens, wash machine, etc.) I needed to make myself feel at home. Having an in-ground pool is a plus if you plan on spending some hot afternoons somewhere other than a crowded beach. These were the factors that made my stay memorable;
**FREE Pick-up/Drop-off Service @ Airport
**Utensils/Cookware/Spices - Full Dining Room
**Lots of linens
**In-ground Swimming Pool
**Air Conditioning - A must in a tropical place
**Convenience of proximity to grocery store, restaurants, shopping centers, and beach
I would recommend this Villa to anyone planning on visiting Mauritius. Most of the tourists I had a chance to talk to complained about the sub-par service they were receiving at their 4+ Star hotels. I bragged a bit about the Villa because it felt like my home away from home. More importantly, the pricing is more than reasonable in comparison to some of the other Villas I had a chance to walk by when I was there.
