| "What we saw on the advertisement was what it looked like. Therefore, we enjoyed it. There are only one problem with the fourth bedroom t not comfortable beds for an adult. We have managed to adjust with the extra mattereses to make a comfortable bed for adult. We have left a list on the kitchen counter of things we have noticed would help the owners from future unnessary problems. Everyone so far was very cooperative. Thank you for the beautiful holiday.

| "The property was very nice and the location and view from the house was fantastic. It was such a wonderful experience I hestitate to discuss anything negative. However, two simple things I would improve on would be the selec tion of tv channels (only 10 with no ESPNor CNN) and wireless internet access and a jucuzzi by the pool would have been the icing on the cake. Thank you as everything that was promised was delivered and I would certainly rent this house whenever I visit Orlando again."

| "This was a comfortable villa in an excellent location and good value.
The cot and highchair we requested on booking were not available when we arrived, but this was quickly rectified.
On the down side, the patio doors were a bit stiff to open and close making access to/from the pool area difficult at times. This could not be fixed while we were there as new parts were needed.
No cable TV.
Overall a good villa, which could be excellent if the doors are fixed and cable installed."

| "The property was good as usual. We have stayed at Lake Berkley for the past few years and have been completely satisfied. There was a need to get a repair person in and therefore, I wish to make a couple of suggestions.
SUGGESTIONS:
Repair alarms for pool doors and make the doors move easily.
Provide a DVD player since there is no cable available. (Why is there no basic cable?)"
