| "On arrival the owners were easy to contact and kind enough to provide quick transport to the property. The property itself was nicely spacious inside and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how many utensils in the kitchen alone we had been provided with, as well as many other items. The furniture was very comfortable and the property was never too cold nor too warm.
Our only critique was a slight short supply in toilet roll, though this was but a minor problem, as our week was overall very well spent and satisfying, with provisions to excellent standard and receiving an exceptionally friendly reception."

| "Very well kept property, modern and very clean with all the faciities you could want. The accommodation is very well located with shops, entertainment, beaches all within easy reach. Great location for travelling around, lots to do within a 20 mile radius. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this property and hope to return again."

| "The accomodation is surrounded by wonderful countryside which was very peaceful and relaxing. Don & Deidre the owners were great, very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We were on holiday for 2 weeks with our 10 year old son James and found that there was plenty of things to do and places to see. Youghal is very nice with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short drive away. Fishing was fab, the mackerel were in when we were there and have never (probably not likely to again) experienced anything like it before, James caught 30 from the harbour wall in less than an hour. The accomodation had everything you needed, very clean and comfortable. We will definately return again. Andy, Kathy and James"

| "This is an excellent and immaculate property in beautiful surroundings and we had a wonderful 2 week stay in Youghal with our 6 year old son. The owners are friendly and informative and the cottage is ideal for travelling to surrounding areas or for a relaxing holiday. There is lots to do withing 5 mins of the cottage plus there is a private patio with bbq and a fantastic big garden with a trampoline and use of the owners bikes to explore the area. Youghal town has lots of wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars. A fantastic holiday in a lovely part of Ireland in perfect accommodation - what more can we say except, hope to see you next year and thank you from Gary, Pauline & Luke"

| "Just loved this wee place, more of a semi-detached bungalow/cottage than an apartment. Absolutely spotless and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. We had elderly parents with us who had their own bedroom and bathroom giving them plenty of privacy; our bedroom was on the opposite side of the living room so we too had our own bathroom. Youghal was a great place with lots to do and a very big beach about one minute away. We found it a very central location for travelling around this part of Southern Ireland. Will certainly be back and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. Maybe I shouldn't give it a such good review in case in the futureI can't get booked in!!"

| "Our first time in Ireland and we could not have hoped for a better place to stay! Very comfortably furnished and well equipped, the children loved having their own bathroom and Dad loved the eunsute shower! The location is fantastic, close to the beach and town with all the shops you need. Owners are very welcoming and the children thought this was one of the best places they've ever stayed. Highly recommended."
