| "The apartment is probably the best placed one on the complex, having a lovely big patio area from where you have a view of the pool. The apartment itself is well furnished, a nice size and extremely well equipped. Air-conditioning, a water cooler and large fridge/freezer were welcome facilities which made the stay even more comfortable.
The complex is lovely, the pool is superb with a slope leading down to it from the apartment, which is great for those with walking difficulties, and there is easy access into the pool. There are ample loungers and umbrellas around it. The Tropical Garden adds a further area for enjoying a drink/meal in the evening.
We would highly recommend this apartment to others.

| "This is the second year we have stayed at this accommodation which is situated within all the local amenities, close to the beach and also the nightlife so is very suitable for all age groups. The apartment is fully equiped to meet the families need, the double sofa bed within the living area is easy to pull out but there is a slight centre roll and would be less suitable for people with back issues. I would definetly recommend this apartment to others and hope to be back again next year all going well."

"Property was excellent everything we needed was there,only a short walk to our friends bar.Do have one negative the british workers tend to use the complex as a meeting place with up to 20 of them being loud and every other word was a swear word we cant understand why this is allowed as theyre not spending any money at the cafe and drove away paying guests."

| "The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and is situated in beautiful surroundings. Judging by the “extras” in the apartment it is clear the apartment is the owner’s holiday home and not just a source of rental income.
There are lots of friendly bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk but each evening we ended up in the complex’s cafeteria for one of their “to die for” deserts.
The information provided prior to our arrival, including directions from the airport, was both comprehensive and accurate.
This was such an enjoyable and relaxing holiday that we are now looking to book again for next year. I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends.

| "The apartment and surrounding facilities were exactly as we imagined them to be from the description on the website.
We found the apartment to be very clean, well furnished and equipped.
The pool and surrounding gardens were fantastic. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, competitively priced and served by very friendly staff.
Quiet relaxing location yet less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ayia Napa and the beach.
In summary, a great apartment in fantastic surroundings. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to book with you again soon. Thanks for a great holiday."

"The apartment does not meet the stanadard of the beautiful grounds in which it is situated. The main dissapoinment being that this apartment requires a good clean and redecorated. The funiture also looked well used and old and new furniture would make a big improvement."

We are very disappointed to learn that the apartment did not meet with your expectations. We do however take comfort from the fact that your comments on the cleanliness, furnishings and décor are inconsistent with those of 27 other guests who have submitted reviews about our Ayia Napa apartments to Rental Systems.
Just for the record, the furnishings (which were new), like the rest of the complex, have just completed their second year. The apartments are cleaned shortly after the departure of each guest and a “deep” clean together with any required redecoration is carried out on a biannual basis. We do however respect your comments and wish you well for the future.

| "The property was clean and tidy and had everything that was advertised. It was close to the pool area, which enabled quick and easy assess to the pool or alternatively to use the pool and sun loungers at the apartment. The apartment was ideally plassed to access all the pubs and clubs as well as the beach which is about ten minutes walk away. I will be rebooking to return to this apartment next year."

| "We were not sure what to expect as this is the first time we have rented a private apartment, but we were very impressed.
Communication from Ali prior to our departure was very good and the directions from the airport to the apartment were spot on.
The apartment was all we hoped for and more! We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything. There were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation.
The tropical gardens are magnificent and the pool was very clean with different depths to suit all.
In summary – a five star experience.

ON ARRIVAL THE APARTMENT WAS EASY TO FIND WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
THE PROPERTY WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND FURNISHED TO A GOOD STANDARD
THE POOL AREA AND GARDENS WERE A DELIGHT, BUT THE RELAXATION WAS SOMETIMES SPOILT BY OUTSIDERS USING THIS SPACE!
THE LOCATION OF THE COMPLEX WAS VERY CONVIENENT, BEING CLOSE TO SHOPS RESTURANTS SUPERMARKETS ETC.
THE HUB OF THE NIGHTLIFE WAS A SORT WALK AWAY SO NO NOISEY NIGHTS!"

| "The apartment was just as described, a good size and very clean. The good quality furniture and kitchen equipment made it a home from home. The grounds are lovely, well-maintained and spacious, with lots of grassy areas, sun-loungers, trees and plants. The location is quiet and peaceful, but just yards from the pedestrian walkway into Ayia Napa. The beach (only a short walk away) was perfect. Good communication from the owner prior to arrival.

| "The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the appliances in good working order. It was great to have the television and Playstation as my son and grandson enjoyed watching and playing the games at night.
Having the taxi service to take us to and from the airport was great, not having the stress finding the apartments. James was most helpful when we arrived showing us where the key was and reassuring us of who to contact if we needed anything (a big thanks to James).
I would recommend your apartment to all of my family and friends. I can’t think of anything that you could do to improve in the service from all the correspondence through email reassuring me that everything had been taken care of on our arrival to Cyprus this definitely enabled us to have a stress free holiday.
Keep up the good work as it definitely made our holiday much more enjoyable.
Thanks once again and I hope to come back for another visit in the near future this time with my husband.

| "I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - an outstanding, high quality, spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with all the mod cons.
The pool was fantastic and the food from the pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced – it was so easy to spend all day lazing around the pool.
The beach restaurants and nightlife are all within a short walking distance.

| "Ali's Apartment is in a fantastic location for all. It is within walking distance to almost everything you need and even if you want to go a little further you only have to walk two minutes to the entrance of the complex to get a taxi. The apartment is clean spacious and has all you need for the perfect holiday. I would recommend Ali's apartment to anybody both young and old and I look forward to returning there in the future."
