| "The Villa is in a great position, comfortable, and has everything you would need. Janet and Dave were very friendly, helpful and easy to contact if needed, showed us round and gave us plenty of ideas of things to do. Even though the bus service is excellent and you dont really need to hire a car but we still did, just to explore the island, what an amazing place! Very grateful of the air conditioning in all rooms seeing as it was touching 40 deg some days. Will definitely be returning :) See you soon!"

| "Excellent accommation very clean and smart 1 minute from beach lovely German neighbours plenty of food left in the villa so check cupboards before going shopping!!!!!
Jan and Dave very helpful nothing to much trouble for them, plenty of towels etc even sun cream in bathroom cabinet what a service, truly excellent would reccommend to anybody!!"

| "From start to finish one of the best holidays we have ever had. The villa is very clean, comfortable and cosy. Home from home. It is set in a most beautiful. quiet location by the sea and within walking distance from all the local shops, restaurants, pubs and tavernas. We were very well looked after by Janet and Dave, from the day of arrival until our departure. Two of the nicest and friendliest people we have met on holiday."

| "We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the villa. However, we note from the brochure that the cooking facilities is a gas cooker but this was infact an electric cooker. Also, it was stated that there were 3 sunloungers available and on arrival, we found there were only two - one of which fell apart when assembled. We therefore replaced this with a new lounger purchased by ourselves. This made it difficult as there were infact 4 of us on holiday.
We expected an ironing board to be available as this too was noted in the brochure - but it was not.
I feel the property could perhaps benefit from a table and chairs outdoors for having meals.
Other than this, we have no complaints and would indeed recommend this property to friends and family and would ourselves like to return to the villa in the near future."

| "I travelled to Cypress with my 2 children, it was our first visit to the island. The villa was fantastic, the location superb, and the hospitality from Janet and Dave, great. Nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after and will definitely be visiting again. I have already recomended it to family and friends."

| "Great little place. Lots of things to do to keep you busy, even if youre on your own like I was. Weather was great as youd expected. Batteries are now fully recharged, unfortunately on to go back to work! Would go again for sure"

| "I'll just repeat what I put in the guest book really .... Had a great time, weather was fantastic, villa was ideal. Went upto Adonis baths and jumped in off the waterfall - definitely recommend it if you like to get the adrenaline going! Went to the Brazilian restaurant in the harbour too which was good. Go on a Fri/Sat and they get up and dance round to Brazilian music! Many thanks, very enjoyable holiday!"

| "This is our second visit to this villa which is ideally placed right on the beach which is why we like it. There is a pleasant walk into the harbour which along with the harbour has been revamped and looks great. Can't wait for next time to see it finished. Another thing we like is being dropped off and picked up at the airport which saves the bother of trying to find the property and catching a cab. Would recommend to friends and family!"

"Well situated, within walking distance for many restaurants.
I think better instructions could be done, re how to use the hob/tv. We had to ask about the immersion heater, and found that it was the switch at the top of the stairs. If people go in winter it is very cold at night, maybe a couple of rugs on the floor might make it warmer. There is not much room in the kitchen if you want to cook a meal, but we managed. An ironing board was also missing."

Rugs and an ironing board are held in a storeroom elsewhere, and should have been put in the Villa beforehand. Regretfully they weren't and we apologise, but had Mr and Mrs Goate phoned the number we supplied this problem would have been rectified immediately.
We do supply an information pack and user guide to all guests but perhaps this is not comprehensive enough (i.e position of switches etc) and we are updating this.
Electric radiators are also left out over the winter for you to plug in if or when you should need them.

| "Had a great time, Villa is right by the beach which was fantastic for us. Time just flew by, it all went too fast! Had an eventful trip up to the Troodos Mountains, it was still a great day out though. It was the ideal holiday for us - Sun, sea and plenty of things to do. Thanks Again ... Harry & Julie"

| "this has been the most chillin holiday we have ever had.the location was quiet, that suited us. bars and all types of food places just up the road. there was no noise. villa was lovely, everything you needed. home from home. lots of places to visit, beach just at the bottom of the road. tony arranged a hire car for us, thank you very much. it arrived the next day for us. paphos is within walking distance, which is great for walking off your evening meal!!!!!we would like to say a big thank you, best holiday we have had in a long time. we have recommended it to friends. not sure thats a good idea now, we want to go next year."

| "Really Lovely! Exactly as described. Beach on the doorstep. What a great start to the day walking out onto that balcony. Well equipped, clean and homely. Even DVD's for the kids to watch. Airport transfers just made it so easy. Will definitely book for next year. Only suggestion is to keep a book there for guests to comment on their favourite restaurants etc. Thanks for a lovely time!"

| "The property was lovely, it was right on the beach closer than we had expected! The Villa was nice and clean and looked well maintained. It was very handy to have the transfers included too because this took away any arrival worries we had. We very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going again soon!"
