"We found the property to be ideally located, close to the shops and restaurants and nicely set back off the street. The rooms are large and airy and nicely decorated, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed being able to prepare meals and eating outside in the lovely patio area.
A welcome pack would be useful, just to give basic instructions - where to put the rubbish, instructions for the washing machine etc.
Overall, a lovely property which gives good value for money. We had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed the freedom of having our own apartment."

The main bins are fairly obvious - about 200 yards from the apartment - you have to walk past them if you access it from the road.

"A lovely spacious, clean appartment. The views of the sea and coastline were fantastic.
The kitchen lights did not work when we arrived but were soon put right after we contacted the emergency phone number the next day. The washing machine worked well but had a small leak from the door. I think the rubber round the door may need replacing.
Overall a really lovely holiday we would certainly recommend this appartment, it is in an extremely central position convenient for all amenities. Many thanks to all concerned."

| "Clean, well laid out apartment in a quiet residential area. Close to all amenities such as shops restaurants etc. large, yet quiet, private residents pool and beautiful seafront walks with a refreshing sea breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning."

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and it suited us perfectly.
The location is fantastic. Nice and quiet, yet a 3 min flat walk to the resort centre. Here we found some lovely restaurants (The tapas out the back of the square is gorgeous!). It was also useful that the local supermarket is stays open until 10pm.
The apartment is quite unusual in its layout but was well equipped and well looked after. It has a nice sunny balcony and when we got too warm we just went down to the pool to cool off. The pool area is beautifully and one of the most relaxing I have been in.
Overall, a lovely holiday and we would definitely return again."

| "Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in your lovely apartment! Lovely location, close to all amenities. Didn't need a car, made use of local buses! Would definitely go again.
Would like to also thank the property management company who helped us out with storing our luggage when we had to leave the apartment in the morning, but then weren't flying home until evening. Thanks Lionel!
If we had to make one suggestion it would be to 'mark' the patio doors in the lounge as on 2 occasions our son walked into them not realising they were closed! Luckily no injury or damage was sustained!"

| "We stayed in this and the apartment next door and loved both of them.
Great location, lovely apartments, sea views and terraces with all day sunshine. Oh yes and we loved the pool too!!
We loved the location as all facilities were in walking distance meaning no car is required. We did all the excursions around the island and booked them with the company just around the corner who arranged transport for all them.
Not sure what the last person meant about the air conditioning - we found the remote control very easy to use and self explanatory!
Overall, my family had a wonderful holiday and we are already planning a return!"

| "Lovely & clean very spacious apartment. The bedrooms are huge with lots of storage space to accomodate all those holiday essentials. The apartment is actually set back from the sea on the 2nd row of apartments but still has a spectacular view of the ocean within 30 seconds of reaching it. Complex is very clean & well kept within easy access of the local amenities. Worth noting the swimming pool is lovely in well kept grounds but is not heated and is on the seafront so was FREEZING whilst we were there. Also if you pay the extra for the airconditioning ask for instructions before you arrive as we had a nightmare trying to work it. Overall a lovely apartment which if we had not purchased our own whilst in Golf del Sur I would defintitely be staying again."

"The only drawback from this apartment was there was no iron or ironing board which is normally standard in apartments that we have stayed on the golf. The location was very very near to the san blas square and was perfect for us. The terrace was ample room to sun bathe in private and a lovely place to sit and relax if only i was 6 inches taller i would have been able to see the sea, which my partner enjoyed all the time we were out there. The sun shone directly onto the terrace all day and was wonderfull. Thanks villarental for another lovely apartment."

The apartment did have an iron but the ironing board had been broken. We have now bought a new one.
We have put a small railing / fence around the balcony so you can sunbathe in private. This is approx 4 foot high so whilst you are on the sunlounger you can't see the sea but sitting up or standing up, you still have those lovely sea views. (As per the picture).

"The whole experience from booking through to departure was as easy as 123. Instructions to locate and enter the apartments were 100% accurate and the accommodation once inside was as described, clean and welcoming.
These apartments provide an excellent base to explore the immediate surroundings of San Blas village and the coastal walk along Golf Del Sur is fantastic...makes you feel alive. The use of a private communal well maintained pool is also really good.
Driving is easy around the oneway system and there is ample parking to be found nearby on the serving street.
The area itself is undergoing considerable building work and being close to the airport there is some noise pollution during the day. That said the evenings/nights are peacful as the sounds of silence eminate disturbed only by the crashing waves from the sea.
Would recommend for both first timers to Tenerife and those returning who have not yet enjoyed this part of the island."

The only building work in the vicinity that I can think off (and I live in the area) was the renovation of the hotel about 300 metres away. This is now finished.

"We had a great holiday staying in this apartment. It was clean and spacious and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was welcoming as it was very hot during our stay. We loved the pool area - it is one of the nicest for swimming that we have come across and at times we had the whole pool to ourselves.
Our only criticism of the apartment is we were disappointed with the sea views - they were obscured by a high fence and the roof tops of the apartment in front. Also bedroom two has two single beds - not a double as stated in the description."

Many thanks for your feedback and I am so glad you had a lovely stay. We have had nothing but positive feedback ever since we decided to make the move and start renting the apartment out.
I am not sure what you mean about the bedroom configuration as it states clearly on the advert that bedroom two has two single beds.
In terms of the views, you are about 50 yards from the sea. We have put a small fence in front of the flower pots on the terrace to make it more private and also very safe for children (after previous feedback). To us this does not obscure the view and just makes the apartment look even more attractive.

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying at No 126, it was clean, spacious and very well decorated (fantastic master bedroom with a enormous bed!)and the air conditioning was a god send on those very hot days, the outdoor terrace area was very private, the ideal place to sip a glass of wine and reflect on the day. We have had many holiday at Golf Del Sur but this was by far the nicest accomodation we have ever rented and I would definately recommend it my family and freinds. Just one criticism which has nothing to do with the apartment, I feel that somewhere it sholud have been mention that the communal pool was salt water as not everyone would like that and indeed we didn't. it didn't make any difference to us as we knew several other pools that we could take our family to, but if you were new to resort you wouldn't have had that knowledge."

| "My family and I just spent a week at this villa, and may i say it was a brill week , the apartment was top class in a wonderful spot over looking the sea , with lovely walk ways running along it, the apartment was huge with plenty of room for all, all decor was top class, with everything you could want or need to make the pefect holiday, plenty of reastrants in two mins walking distance, the local people are fun and friendly, we rented a car son we had a 15 min drive in to los christianos , which has lots going on and wonderfull beaches with clear seas, i feel you would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. its wonderfull place for familys as well as couples wanting a romantic get away,, so what you waiting for ?? book a greate holiday . i for one will be back as soon as.... regards Saedal family
PS..... the veiw of the stars over the sea on a eveing (while sipping a cool glass of wine) ,is totaly Breath taking"
