| "OUR FIRST TRIP TO ITALY,WE WERE LOOKING FOR PERFECT PEACE AND WE FOUND IT HERE.THE APARTMENT WAS WELL FURNISHED AND COMFORTABLE,THE GROUNDS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED.THE SURROUNDING VIEWS SUPERB AND THE OWNERS LOVELY PEOPLE WHO HAVE RESTORED THIS PROPERTY WITH LOVE AND EVERY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY RETURN.IDEALLY SITUATED TO VISIT MANY PLACES.WE FOUND OUR SURROUNDINGS SO RESTFUL AND BEAUTIFUL WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.CLOSE TO THE CITY BUT NOT TOO CLOSE. WE FELL TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE.WE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT A SECRET BUT THAT WOULD BE SELFISH.DON'T BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HUSTLE AND BUSTLE THIS IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. 5 *"

| "I stayed in this property in August 06 for a week with my wife. It's in a great location with mountain views and the surrounding country side has a really relaxed, laid back feel to it even by Tuscan standards. The owners were fantastic, they even left fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs for us from the allotment in the grounds. The pool was kept scrupulously clean, bikes were available free of charge and you just got the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Sansepolcro and nearby Anghiari are small towns but have a non threatening, "safe" feel to them. They also have some great restaurants. Try it...you won't be disappointed."
