"Apartment has great views and a convenient location. Quite spacious for the 3 of us. Well equiped kitchen.
Bedroom needs new carpet- I understand owners are planning to replace this soon. Decor was a bit dated but this didnt really detract from enjoyment of holiday.
Beddding and linen clean but could maybe do with replacing before too long
2 keys would have been a big help.
Owners were very helpful and responded to questions quickly.
Overall quite satisfied"

| "The online booking arrangements were handled well, and were straightforward. Instructions from the property owner were prompt and informative. Everything was very smooth when we arrived - key collection, instructions to apartment, etc.
The apartment was central and well equiped - including proper kitchen facilities and a TV / DVD player. Virtually right next to the town centre - so easy stroll into town - even with young kids. Food shops nearby as well - very handy for fresh bread! It was on the top floor of a 5 storey block (there was a lift) - great views: but high up if you're not one for heights. There was free parking available right outside - very convenient for our hire car.
One or two small niggly issues - outside door key wouldn't always work, DVD machine played up, could do with replacing blown light bulbs - but did not detract in any way from enjoyment. We did think the apartment could do with a smoke alarm."

"The property was great, but the keys were not where we were told they would be and ended up having to call London to get them. Overall, the property was great, but the service was a little lacking."

This was due to the client arriving later than agreed on a Sunday when key collection was a problem. Keys can now be collected 24/7 any day of the week.
