| "This villa is wonderful. It has a larger than average pool and the furniture and fittings are of an exceptional standard. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The location is very good - about 15 minutes from Disney. I would reccomend this rental to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation!"

| "The house was spacious and the setting was surprsingly very quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed having the pool table and air hockey tables, the big screen TV,x-box as well as the pool! We had a nice relaxing family vacation and although we opted to go to Disney, it was very close drive from the house unlike the airport took 45 minutes. We have already recommend this rental to friend!"

| "overall this was a good bargain..great location..pool nice and warm...but there are a few things that would make it an excellent choice
details really need to be addressed
pool light not working
light over front door not working
internet down entire week
no phone service for 4 days
garbage disposal not working
headboards 3 out of 4 beds falling off
sprinkler running almost constantly and hitting front pathway and garage door so that you could not leave without getting wet
notes left from previous renters that things are not repaired"

| "what a brill villa & location!!. we would definatly recommend this to anyone. the villa is extremly spacious and kept in very good clean condition and is so close to the resturants and shops on the 192. we are hoping to return to this villa in the near future. we have staed in a villa before but it didnt compare to this one regarding the location as it was a bit out of the way. the emerald island resort is a lovely tranquil place & the staff thee are so friendly & helpful, so if youre thinking of going in a villa choose this one.

| "The property is excellent value for money. The owners have done an excellent job in making you feel like you are at home and not just in a rental villa. We were so impressed we reduced our plans to visit Tampa for a week following our visit to Orlando and booked an extra few days at the villa. As is the case in most of America, it will be essential to have a car to get to the villa and to travel to theme parks etc, but these are all within approximately 20 minutes drive of the villa. We will definately be booking again the next time we visit the states. The owners Martin and Claire and the management company they use have been excellent and really helpful throughout the whole process"

| "The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The staff on premises were extremely pleasant and helpful. The Clubhouse, Gym and Pool areas were extremely clean, and we loved every minute of our stay. The unit itself also exceeded expectations. There was everything in the villa, tastefully decorated and suited our needs greatly and made our stay wonderful. The 4 bedroom unit is roomy; yet we all had our own privacy. I would definitely recommend this complex; it is one mile from the main International Dr. which gets you everywhere in Orlando"

| "What a fabulous villa in a fabulous resort! The location was super close to Disney, only a short drive away. The villa was just as described. Very clean with a great disney theme. Everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the mickey mouse toaster, waffle maker, dishes, towels, etc. There was even a high chair, crib, mobile, baby monitor, booster seat, stroller, and toys for the kids! This is a great villa for a great vacation at Disney. This rental company was great to work with. Will definitely use again!

| "all the directions were simple to follow how to get in.we opened the front door and could not belive our eyes. the villa was out of this world .it had everything the three of us could possibly want and more.we put our cases on in our rooms and headed for the pool .after we had a good look round .we found all we needed the whole place we so well set out .even towels for the pool area in the laundy room the washing machine and dryer were easy to use along with every other electrical item and there were lots we all said that this place far exceeded our expectations.it was far more than we expected for our money all in all it was a fantatic holiday we spent the days at the parks and then went back to relax by the pool we had a car and this place was so handy for everything as well as peaceful well keep and just made for an extra spcial holiday at a really great price thanks again for the loan of your proprty we cant recommend it to anyone highly enough we will be back soon

| "This property was well kept, clean on the inside and out. The rooms are nicely laid out and great for two families to share. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and it is close to Disney. The pool in the back is fenced and is very private. The people who work in the Resort are very friendly and helpful. You feel very safe walking around in the area. I would recommend this villa to my friends. We had a great stay and we would not hesitate to rent this property again. * I think you need to have more pots and pans available for the guests as they were to small for a large group. * Thanks again for a great and enjoyable stay.

| "We thought that this villa would be nice from what we saw on the website but when we got there it was beautiful. Absolutely wonderful. We have not stopped talking about it. The pool was fantastic - especially first thing in the morning before breakfast and after the theme parks. The solar cover made sure the water was warm and relaxing. | "We found the villa very easily from Sanford airport the directions were spot on. The villa itself was in pristine condition beautifully and luxuriously furnished with taste and so comfortable. We thought that the description and photographs on the web did not do it justice as it was much larger than we expected and the seperate bathrooms very well appointed which was a bonus as there was six of us sharing the villa. The swimming pool was excellent and properly maintained. We will be returning next year and we will be recommending this villa to our friends"

| "This is wonderful place to stay. The place is decorated very well and for us, it was just like home. Having handy access to the pool and Jacuzzi was out of this world. We used it day and night. Master bedroom and ensuite were great. Loved the open concept Kitchen, eating area, living room and dining room. All the features of home. Would definitely make a return visit and stay there again. The owners (Sue/Colin) were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the pool and that was taken care right away. Service was excellent and personable. | "Lucky for us this was our fourth visit to the Sunshine State and our first time in a Villa. This house is not a Villa but a beautifull home, you can tell that every care has been taken to make your stay the best it can be and the owners have not failed in any area. Colin & Sue were so helpfull with information and tips before we left and this carried on with the information we found at the house. We have showed so many people the pictures and the video's since we got back and their re-action has been the same as ours..WOW...To wake up in the mornig and swim in the pool was always the start to some great days and not all of them with Mickey.My children are 18 and 16 and this was said to be our last family holiday all together, I can see that changing when we book for next year. I could keep going on for ages but will finish by saying a massive THANK YOU to Colin & Sue from the very happy to be there but sad to be home"

| "The house was nice however, the carpets need to be cleaned as there are some bad stains. Also the walls are badly marked.
There were no facecloths - so, coming from Canada, this was missed and I purchased some for our stay.
We have a little yorkie dog and I was diligent in cleaning up after her - other pet owners were not and I think this should be stressed - clean up after your pet.
Also, I picked up a lot of garbage while on my walks so "Do not litter" signs need to be posted.
We were disappointed that the fountains were not running after the first week of our stay.
The emergency number given to us did not work and we had difficulty in getting into the house and could not call them. We were fortunate that we reached the owner via email and he called the Clubhouse.
We hope to come back to Emerald Island. The location is perfect."

| ""This house is awesome. The pictures do not do this house justice. You have to see it in person to understand how nice this house is. All of the beds have new bedding. It is easy to clean and very well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone and enough space for everyone to have their "quiet time" space. There is a living room and a "luxury lounge" that are separate. This was a great idea. We used the living room for the kids and used the luxury lounge for the adults so they we had a place in the evenings to wind down before we put our children in the pool. This was our yearly "family vacation". We had three adult women (Grandma and two daughters) and 4 (grand) kids and everyone loved it. We would definitely rent this villa again if we are in the Orlando area again. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your house on our "family reunion vacation". "

| "This was an excellent property! We are a family of 4, and our daughter is a toddler. We felt at home while at this residence. We were able to relax and provide our daughter with an awesome vacation experience without having to have her cramped into a hotel room. The furnishing were luxurious and the beds really comfy,but what really made our holiday was the huge pool deck and all the pool furniture, in most villas there are only 2 loungers and a table 4 chairs , in this one we had 4 loungers 2 reclining chairs 2 tables and 8 chairs, and a selection of floating chairs and lounger for in the pool. | "after the initial mix ups about keys codes etc I was very wary of my trip but was pleasantly surprised when we got there, I have been caught out before where the property looked nothing like the pics or they had lied as to the location but this property lived up to its ad and I would gladly book again. Its close to the disney property in an area Im familiar with and the house was large enough for my husband and I are our two teenage kids and a friend for each of them, the pool table was a nice bonus. | """The front desk was a little slow in everything. they need to understand that peoples time is important and they should not have to wait 10minutes every time they go to the desk." What a wonderful house, great location with nice views overlooking a hill&trees; nice and peacful after a busy day in the theme parks. The house was beautifully furnished with lots of personal touches which made it feel very homely and comfortable to be in. The location is perfect for visting the theme parks, , airboat rides and other local attractions and restaurants - Denny's for breakfast and Olive Garden for good meals out and take aways. In addition to this we were really impressed with the information and communication provided bysue& colin the owner 's before travelling - this helped plan a more organised and enjoyable trip for first timers. GREAT - we'd definitely re-book again!

The cost was less per night Than Disney's most inexpensive hotel room where you get one room and a small bath. To get 4 bedrooms, huge master bath, private screened pool and a fully stocked kitchen for less money, It is quite a deal. Did it meet your expectations? Exceeded my expectations, there were many extras that made the stay much easier such as Computer access, there were paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher detergent, These were nice surprises not usually found in other villas. Was the description accurate? Yes, property was just as described. Would you recommend it to a friend? Already have recommended this property for a get together next June. Were you adequately looked after during your stay? Yes, however, we did not encounter any problems and had no need to contact anyone. "First off the overlook of the Resort was really nice and close to perfect. The Aladdins Retreat was a great place to stay. It was as we were the first ones to stay in the house, thats how well its kept. The rooms were all the right size from the two 2 singles to the master suit.The washer and dryer was also a big plus, so you can limit the clothes you want to take, that was a big help especially when you have kids. Whats also great and important when travling with the family, is that the house is well located by the great things you need:supermarket, resturants, fast food, shops, and most importantly minutes away from the Disney World, Unversal Studios, and Sea World. | ""The home was wonderful. It was comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The floor plan was the best that I have seen. The pool was very enjoyable as was the pool table. The home has a washer and dryer and this was a must for me. It also has a formal dining room that allowed all of our family to sit together at dinnertime (rather than the usual which sits only 4). I have stayed in Emerald Island Resort Kissimmee in the past and fell in love with the neighborhood even more each time I visit. the park was quiet and beautiful. I have no complaints, only one suggestion...I love to cook and do so even when I am on vacation and would have liked more cookware. Other than that , it was perfect and I thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home.""

| "This villa was in immaculate condition. It had all the ammenities and furnishings. It did not have a phone, but one will be installed. The owner (sue) was most responsive and provided tons of information. The resort itself was great. The pool complex was excellent and easily can entertainment the children for a full day or two. This is an excellent home and I will not hesitate to rent from the owner again anytime!""
