| "The only negatives were that we had a 5 month old baby with us and the bath does not lend itself to easily bathing a baby (due to the fixed shower door).
Also - the jacuzzi bath did not appear to work and because the shower is used so often there was a bit of mould in the jet parts - although I must stress the rest of the bathroom and apartment was very clean."

| "This apartment is possibly the nicest I've ever stayed in whilst abroad, certainly in Tenerife, and the view from the balcony was incredible.
(Turns out the room - 511 - is on the top floor, so it doesn't get much better)
Other bonus points included patio doors in the lounge and bedroom (so you had the view from bed!), having a sunlounger on the balcony (with sun almost all day), and being virtually the only people in the complex for the first few days of our stay (Never saw more than about 4 people in the pool at any one time!)
The on-site cafe is great for a snack (although it doesn't stay open very late), and the centre of Golf Del Sur is only a 5 minute walk away (10 if you take the sea path) - there you'll find a good selection of bars and restaraunts.
We were very lucky with the weather, but even if it had rained, I'd have been happy to get a takeaway pizza and stay in the apartment and watch a bit of British telly (got a daily Hollyoaks fix!)
Although we only used it once, the El Nautico gym has everything you might need, and reception were very helpful.
Overall - awesome! If you're after a peaceful holiday in a stunning area, this is for you!"

"The property was excatly what I expected and met my high expectations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, but the best thing was the peace and quiet. I would book again and recommend to my friends but would need to be in the same part of the complex, which is in the middle. The only downside was you had to pay for towels to be cleaned for the amount of money you pay I would certainly expect these to be changed at least once in the week. You don't know until no clean ones arrive. Either tell people or include a towel change."

Thank you for your reply and I am glad you loved the apartment.
Until I read this I had no idea the complex where charging for towels - this must be new. My apologies. I shall sort this out with reception by either by reducing the cost and asking renters to pay them directly or by building it into the rental cost.

"Overall the apartment complex and apartment itself was lovely - beautifully maintained and well fitted out. The location is very good too overlooking the sea. The only negative I would make is that the price is expensive for what you get relative to other parts of Golf del Sur, even taking into account that this complex is the nicest in the area. The restaurant was also only open on 2 of the 7 nights."

Thank you for your feedback. I personally believe the apartment is in one of the best positions in complex and I am glad you found it "beautifully maintained and well fitted out".
I would like to add that this is the only 5 star complex in Golf Del Sur, and the only one to provide a mix of privately owned apartments with 5 star facilities and full reception services. I therefore do not believe it cannot be compared to any other accommodation in the area, although it is very similarly priced to high quality other 2 beds in the resort. In fact because the apartment is privately owned (and I set the pricing, not El Nautico) the weekly rent is actually amongst the cheapest available in the complex....!
