| "Very nice and clean house. Quiet and peaceful rural location, some cows looking on you every morning from neighboring farm:) 30 min to Mont St Michel by car. We travelled across Normandy a lot from morning to evening every day so finally weve never met with owners through our stay, sorry for that:) We had some difficulties with rubbish utilisation at our last saturday morning but weve found dumpsters near supermarket. Weather was perfect for the end of February."

| "This is a really nice house in a great setting. Very quiet and rural but only a few minutes’ drive to a number of towns and villages. It’s a great location for exploring Normandy and parts of Brittany without having to contend with hoards of other tourists. The house is well stocked and maintained if a little tired in decor.
Close by are some lovely walks in the local woods and some great places to eat and drink. At least one trip to the Moulin De Jean is highly recommended.
Overall I would say this house is great value for money, easy to get to from a number of ports and in the summer the large garden will be great for kids.

Had a wonderful holiday. Gite was everything we could have wished for. Very clean & well-equipped. Excellent wood-burning stove, never once been cold. Ideally located for a country break, quietly situated yet close to local amenities and attractions.

"The en-suite was a bit small but adequate, It would be good to have a full working shower in the upstairs bathroom.
Otherwise the house was very pretty, clean & user friendly. It was really nice to have a dishwasher.
Being rural, there were quite a number of flies in and around the property, take some fly killing spray with you."

There is a fully working hand-held shower in the bathroom upstairs and the ensuite downstairs has a walk-in shower. Sheep used to graze in the grounds but as they attracted flies they have been removed. We do not have a problem with flies anymore but fly spray is provided anyway.

| "Very quiet, pretty location and well equiped gite. A couple of quibbles: there were a couple of hours of despair when we couldn't contact the keyholders. This was because they were in an area where there was no mobile signal. We finally decided to make it out to the gite (which had the wrong road in the directions!) and fortunately the owners were in residence next door - phew! Since the keys were hidden on site, it would probably be better to pass this information on. There were also two unannounced visits from the maintainers - we personally prefer to be left alone.
Secondly, there is a fly problem - we tried sprays and plugins to no effect. I guess it's something to do with the septic tank, but you might consider fly-screens.
But - a very pleasant gite + we enjoyed our time there."
