| "we stayed at the villa in August, and would certainly recommend it. The location and setting are excellent, and the furnishings beautiful with every little detail thought of. This is complemented by the hugh pool and super hot tub. Our 4 children (12,9,8,and5) loved it, as did ourselves. Having previously owned our own villa for 5 years, and also having rented
several others, we can say that this is by far the best! Hope to return soon."

| "MY FAMILY AND MY GUESTS HAVE JUST RETURNED BACK FROM THIS VILLA. WE FOUND IT TO BE OUTSTANDING, EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES LOOK LIKE ON THE NET,WE FOUND COMFORT AND SECURITY DUE TO THE GATED ENTRANCE, THE POOL IS SUPERB OUR CHILDREN LOVED IT, NONE OF US WANTED LEAVE, THIS MY THIRD TIME IN FLORIDA, AND HAVE STAYED IN VILLAS BEFORE, BUT NONE AS GOOD AS THIS MY FAMILY AND I THOUGHT IT WAS PERFECT, AND WILL CERTAINLY BE RENTING IT AGAIN,IT IS ALSO CLOSER TO THE ATTRACTIONS THAN YOU THINK JUST 10 MINS DOWN THE OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD AND YOUR AMOUNGST ALL OF IT, ANYONE WHO RENTS THIS VILLA WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED. | "We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped with all the needs. Hot tub was great also. Everything is close by. You dont have to drive far for anything. Disney World and Universal Studios is close by also. Everything was better than what we expected."

"Dear Robert and Angela,
I am writing to say a great big thank you for all of your help regarding our stay at 509 Grand Reseve Drive.
Our flights went really well through Continental (as recommended by you), making good time on outbound and return journeys. We were very pleased with the service they provided and the fact that they fly from Bristol is an huge added bonus.
The map you provided us with for travelling to the villa was fantastic and very clear (well it must have been, because it got us to the villa late at night with no problems at all!) and what a lovely feeling when we walked through the villa door - luxury!
Again your instructions re the gate code and door code were all very clear and easy to follow, thankyou.
We found our feet very quickly, using the pointers regarding shops etc that you provided us with.
Our holiday has been pretty much perfect having done everything that we planned to do and we wouldn't change a thing. While out at Magical Kingdom we even experienced a big storm, which was pretty impressive I must say thunder lightening and rain gallore. Other than that the weather was lovely, with some very hot sunny days-beautiful.
Rob, Beth, Lottie and myself would like to say a great big thank you again for letting us share your home, we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the villa after busy days, or sometimes part way through the day, to relax in the pool/spa or comfortably in the lounge of this super villa.
We have some wonderful photos to put in albums along with great dvd memories to watch - certainly a holiday to remember.

We were stunned at the grandeur of this home but more so by the personal touches. There were child proof locks on the doors to the pool and all the littke accessories you normally dont find - right down to flotation devices for the kids. Also someone had obviouly pre-warmed the pool for our arrival. Well definitly be back."

| "fantastic villa. ( Have stayed in many in the USA) and would rate this one the best so far. The pool was gorgeous, warm and actually big enough to swim properly in. Ideally located for Disney and Publix. Overall we all had a fab time and would definetely return.

"i would give this villa a 10 out of 10 it was amazing!!! the size of it socked me, it was well equipped with all the basic thinkgs to use to live. the pool was te best bit for me oo and the jacuzzi i would definately recommend it to a friend the description given was accurate but the pictures didnt really show how big the villa was
cant wait to go again we are going next year again looking forward to it !!!!!"

| "the villa was so well equipped it blew all expectations. it was so clean and of such a high standard that we can't thank rob and ang enough for such a wonderful holiday. the layout of the villa is perfect for several families. we found that we didn't get under each others feet.the jaccuzi was to die for and we used it almost every day. even though the weather wasn't perfect ( a tornado only a few miles away) we were able to enjoy the luxury of this villa. the welcome pack was very useful on the evening of our arrival and this was a lovely addition. we have stayed for several times at another villa which we thought was good but this villa excedes all expectations. thanks to brian for his assistance when the electric went out after the tornado. a big thanks goes to rob and ang for such a wonderful villa holiday."

| "First stay in this villa (our fifth visit to Orlando, stayed at other villas owned by this couple). Excellent facilities, lovely pool, everything about the villa was great. 7 of us in total including 3 kids - lots of space for us all with huge bedrooms. Had a really smashing time, hoping to return ASAP. Owners and management company very friendly and helpful, cannot be faulted for the attention you receive. Location ideal and central for getting to places."

| "This is the best villa in Orlando, I have stayed in several, there were only 4 of us, two adults and 2 small children. I cannot rate this villa high enough. Pool was excellent, beatifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The Owners are excellent and very helpful, this is a property to be proud of. If your looking for luxury, this is the villa for you. Grand Reserve is as accesible as any other villa community, if not better placed and easy to find. Brilliant...this was our best visit yet, the house made it that extra special.....Many Thanks!!!"

| "The villa was just like the web site pictures and all the rooms were bigger than we expected, and very tidy. We had everything we needed in the villa to allow us to eat in or out if need be. and all the facilties were easy to use.
There was plenty of local information in the villa, which meant we could start planning our days with out to much running around.
The welcome pack was a pleasant site, as we missed our connection which added another 2 hours on our travel day, and a cup of tea was just a kettle away (not a drive to the shops).
We had a slight hic up with the pool & BBQ gas, of which these were both dealt with promtly.
Great time had by all, hope to come over again soon.

"Villa was superb, and exactly as described. This was a first for us renting a villa in Florida, & I would definitely go for this one again.
My only issue is that although it was a last minute booking, no access code for either entering the Grand Reserve security gate or to obtain the actual house key from the secure key code box was given out, which was a bit unerveing when we got there late at night, and had to rely on a neighbour to assist us, especially after a long delayed flight.
Apart from this, absolutely no complaints what so ever."

| "This property has everything you could wish for - much, much more than a holiday property. It was spacious, extremely well furnished and very comfortable. The pool and spa were very enjoyable and there were also plenty of shaded areas for anyone not wishing to be in the full sun. The Welcome Pack from the owner was a very thoughtful gesture. The location of the property made for an easy and fairly short drive to Orlando. We hope to return in the future."

| "We had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely beautiful. The floor plan was perfect for as it provided privacy for all of us. "Thoroughly recommend! This is a lovely villa in a typical Florida gated community. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. The home is very nicely furnished and perfect for a family or a big group. Our group consisted of 9 people including 3 kids and it was perfect. The pool & spa were divine and it was fab having so many bathrooms (especially with kids!!). My only criticism is that it's a little way out, but hey - everyone drives so who cares! If you're looking for a combination of high quality accommodation and amenities - this is a great property at great value."

We can only agree with what you say about the villa, the bathrooms are a blessing for the large party size & children, and the pool is very large, a little way out seems strange to us , but we are always open to guests comments.
