| "From the moment we entered the beautiful home we knew we had made an excellent choice for accomodations. Sweet Retreat was clean and organized and exceeded our expectations. Everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable was on hand. The house itself is fantastic, very spacious, allowing for twelve people to stay together but yet maintain privacy and space. The pool and spa area was a great hit by all and was used whenever the chance allowed. The addition of the games room was also a terrific idea. The children and men enjoyed the games after a day at the parks. The neighbourhood felt very safe and secure and its close proximity to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and shopping is an added bonus! If we plan another vacation to Florida we will certainly look to book Sweet Retreat without hestitation."

| "This was a great place to stay for our holiday - much better than an informal hotel. The house is huge and allows an element of privacy for separate family groups and friends. It is conveniently located near the Disney parks (took about 20-25 minutes to drive) and the international airport (about a 35-40 minute drive). The pool was great after a hot day walking around the parks. The villa comes completely furnished with all that you need, including a travel cot, high-chair and excellent laundry facilities - next time we will bring fewer clothes! We will definitely come back again and thoroughly recommend this property."

| "We stayed at this home 2/14-2/21/09 and this home was exactly what you see online ! We have stayed at many villas in Orlando area and tihs is one of the best we have been in. All rooms are large and everything you need is there. Location is very convientient right off off 192 which is one of the main roads in Orlando and only 10 miles from Disney. If you rent this home you will get your moneys worth and exactly what you see online. Thanks Kents for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa."

| "Fantastic villa! Having been to Florida on many occasions, and staying in a Villa on most of them, we believe we are well positoned to judge whats on offer. The villa was fantastic, well sited for all that Orlando and the area has to offer,Loads of room for all family members, young & old, and everything presented and cleaned to a first class standard. Only 3 of the 11 of us had been before, the 8 who had not could not believe the standard of the villa, and the facilities on offer for the money.
We will certainly book again if we need a villa this size, and we would say to anybody thinking of booking Sweet Retreat do it now, before somebody else does!"

| "The 1st thing we said when we arrived was "Wow its exactly the same as on the website!"
The villa was fantastic, loads of room for everyone (at one point there were 12 of us!)
It is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, the laundry room was very handy and well used during our stay!
Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi especially after a long day in the parks.
The games room was a welcome addition to the villa - an added bonus for us as when we booked it wasn't there!
The villa is very well placed for shops, publix & walmart especially. The parks are all within easy distance.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, would recommend the villa as a perfect base in Orlando.It represents exceptional value for money."

Sorry it took so long to respond, but I'm still getting everything back on track after our trip to Orlando.
Where do I start?????
It was WONDERFUL!! The house is gorgeous and well situated from the theme parks. In addition to that, it is very convenient to have Wal Mart and Publix within a very short distance. At the same time the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Considering the weather for the first few days, which was a little cold, we were able to enjoy the pool every single day!
A very unique and wonderful holiday! We were able to have a huge Thanksgiving dinner at the house. Other family members also rented a house and said that ours was MUCH better! The decor is exquisite. To tell you the truth, I felt like I was at home. It was not 'the rented house', it became 'HOME'. It is much more than I expected.
Many, many thanks for everything! I hope to be able to go again soon!

| " Hi Guys,
Although the previous villa we were in was in our desired location of Emerald Isle, had 6 bedrooms and was furnished like a palace, we all much preferred your home. The previous one was more like a show home you are trying to sell, things like towels and throws everywhere that looked lovely but had little labels on saying "Display only - Please do not use". Weird - we had to carefully fold them up and put them away so they weren't used by mistake. What was the point in them being there at all?? Also, their pool was smaller than yours and everywhere just seemed so crowded and cluttered that it actually turned out not to be a very inviting place.
Your home here is really nicely furnished, but much more practically so. We just can't get over how big the rooms are, how spacious the place is and it is so clean & bright and much more pleasant on the eye. The kitchen is fab too and the contrast between the thick carpet & wooden floor was very nice.
All in all, we all thought your home was probably the best we have stayed in - this is the 7th or 8th we've stayed in, in total so I hope you are pleased to hear this. We would definitely recommend your home to anybody so feel free to use us as a reference point. In hindsight, we would have liked to have stay here for our entire stay but we had of course already booked 2 weeks elsewhere before we spoke to you.
Anyway, we're off now for a bit of golf, some last minute shopping and an enjoyable last night!
Thanks again and you never know - we might just take you up on your offer of a future discount!!
