| "Dear Howard,
Thank you for letting us stay in your fabulous villa, we were impressed with how clean and tidy it was and how it was to easy enough to find utensils etc. We found it easy to get too the parks just like you said and it was very central for us to get everywhere we wanted to go.
We had such a fantastic holiday and we cant thank you enough for such a comfortable place to come back and chill in the evenings.
We would like too make a suggestion that you consider supplying a clothes airer for items that cant be tumbledried (the tumble dryer was fantastic).
We would definatly recommend to a friend but really want too keep it for ourselves.

| "Just a note to say that we had an absolutely fabulous holiday over Christmas and New Year staying at Calabay Parc.
The house in Plumoso Loop was beautifully presented and Terry and Lee (The Pool Guy) couldn’t have been more
pleasant and helpful during our stay. The Christmas tree and lights were superb and I thank you for arranging that Howard.
If I knew my diary later in the year, I would have no hesitation in trying to book again for next Christmas!
Thank you gentlemen for you help in all matters, both myself and my family really do appreciate all your efforts.

| "We have just returned from a great holiday in Orlando and spent 2 weeks at this villa. We were really happy with it. We have stayed on Orista Drive in Calabay Parc before and so knew what to expect. The area is quiet and excellent in terms of location. The villa is stunning with ample space and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and the games room a real added bonus. We had a problem with the washing machine on the last day but Terrys got onto it straight away and it didnt cause an issue for us.
I would recommend this property and this location to anyone who is cosidering a holiday in orlando.

| "The house is spacious and the pool is a good size. Our party included four adults and five children and the house was plenty big enough for us all. The neighbourhood was quiet and the pool area was not overlooked.The children enjoyed the use of the playstation in one of the bedrooms."

| "The villa was great and very comfortable. It looked as shown or better. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend it to anyone.
The only negative comment I have is that when we arrived at 2am we found the house dirty and beds without bed sheets. We were lucky to find some sheets in a closet and dressed beds ourselves. Next morning after my phone call the cleaning crew came in and the house was spotless. It seemed the cleaning ladies did not expect anyone in a house until following week."

| "Hi just got back from a fantastic holiday staying at your villa. We were overwhelmed at the amount of space we had and how well equipt it was. The pool was a godsend after a long and brilliant day at a park and was not overlooked as were other villas we have stayed in previously.The situation of the villa was in a lovely area and we are now considering buying our own villa in the same area. The management company were very friendly and truly fantastic when they replaced a broken washing machine on the day we called then."

| "We have recently stayed at this villa, I had never been further a field than Europe and was pretty scared about flying all that way, however after a horrible flight I have to say I was blown away by this villa, as soon as we drove up the drive and walked in to the house we were amazed at how large the house is, the pool which you can see through the windows is massaive and was really nice to come home to our own pool which was not overlooked. We went with our son and his new girlfriend and were amazed at how much privacy we could all have. The owners had gave us a lot of information about places to visit and how everything worked which we found particularly useful. the house was immaculately clean and very spacious. We have already booked to return next year even though i still do not link flying"

"Having just returned from holiday staying in this villa, we all had a good time. I was VERY VERY dissapointed to find on our arrival that there was no BBQ as stated on Mr King's web site with Villarenters at the time of booking. The quote was "Free Barbeque available" This was one of the main reasons that I booked this villa.
Please check that all is correct with any details before booking any villa.
PS, Please note that the web site has been changed since our return."

Unfortunately the barbeque had to be withdrawn from guest use as it was not being cleaned in the appropriate manner leaving food,grease and debris on the barbeque, having spoken to other villa owners about this issue they advised us that they have had the same issues which had caused ant infestations in there pool areas so we decided to withdraw this facility for the time being so we did not incur the same problems.
Disposable barbeques can be used so long as they are disposed of in the appropriate manner after use.

| "What a fantastic house!! There was so much room so everyone had their own space but also had ample seating for us all to be together. The pool was beautiful, we love the parks but we just couldn't wait to get back to the pool which was so warm.
The management company were lovely, very helpful and very friendly.
I know you shouldn't go on holiday to watch TV, but to have a TV in all rooms was great....even if it was only the weather channel we watched!!
I would recommend staying at this house to anyone and we are hoping to go back to Orlando so would definately rent this villa again.
Thanks again Howard for all your help and for giving us the pleasure of staying at your villa...it truly was magical.

| "This is an oversized 5 bed villa with ample space in the family and dining rooms. The pool deck has a nice view, not directly overlooked and Calabay Parc has a european charm and feel to it.
I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family and look forward to a repeat visit. It is top of my list. Unfortunately for my next time to visit this villa is not available.
The management company were very good. They came to remove the combi lock that holds the key on arrival and rang the bell and asked if everything was OK. Nice to see that someone cares.
Location is good, easy access to I-4 means you can bypass US192 if you desire.
Unbelievably, someone, maybe a neighbour or the management company moved the bin to the correct location as we had forgotton to move to the road side on the day of collection! And then returned it afterwards!"

| "I have stayed at this villa twice now and always had a fantastic time, the villa has everything you could possibly want. The pool is the largest I have seen and the area around the pool is great to sunbathe. We always go with one other couple and as there is lots of room you can always find yourself some private space of your own. I have already booked for next year"
