| "The holiday was fabulous, the one thing that made the holiday was your wonderful apartment, you thought of everything from restaurant ideas to DVDs, we even had a large double bed which I actually fitted in as I am 6ft 5ins tall, it was always comfortable and cool. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future and would recommend to family, friends and work mates."

"Perfect location so that a car not necessary. Very quiet private residential site. Like having our own private pool, never anybody there when we went down to swim. Love the fact of being met at the airport and returned, plus the homely touches when you arrive so that you dont have to shop before a nice cuppa.
One draw back for the larger person is the size of the bathroom with shower quite awkwardly situated.
Draw back for my companion was the fact that there are several dogs on the site not all on a lead. They did not actually approach us but it would be advisable to mention this in the description. After seeing the first dog without a lead my travelling companion could never relax on the terrace as each noise stopped her breathing. For anybody with a serious phobia which she has it may not be ideal.
Conclusion that I would definately go back and it was great value for money. Next time I will take someone who isnt afraid of dogs!"

So pleased you enjoyed everything about your holiday and explained in the review that the complex is partly residential which makes it very homely and friendly, the residents are spanish and english people. There are just over 70 apartments on the complex and I think around 5 or 6 residents have dogs. The committee does have rules that the dogs should be on leads, but if ever one is not it is always with the owner and they have never strayed, the dogs are never allowed to just walk about. However I have sent a opy of this review to the committee as the dogs should be on leads, it is a shame this lady was afraid of dogs because whenever we are over we have never had a problem and this is the first time anyone has mentioned anything about them.

| "WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME IN LANZAROTE.THE APARTMENT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY.IT WAS HOME FROM HOME. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WE COULD EASILY WALK INTO THE OLD TOWN AND THE NEW TOWN.THE POOL IS ON THE DOORSTEP WHICH IS VERY CLEAN AND THERE WERE PLENTY OF SUNBEDS. THE OWNERS LEFT A WELCOME PACK WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED ESPECIALLY THE WINE! WE ALSO ENJOYED THE MOVIES IN THE APRTMENT WHEN WE WERE HAVING A LAZY AFTERNOON AWAY FROM THE SUN!"

| "The apartment is lovely, we particulary liked the home comforts and the extra touches left for us by the owners. It is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the harour and some lovely resturants and 10mins walk to the beach and the bars and shops. The Biosphere shopping centre is geat and a 2min walk away. The staff in the bar on the complex were very friendly and the pool area was fantastic. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon."

| "We spent 8 very comfortable nights in this lovely apartment. I had everything i needed for cooking, it was clean which is the most important thing for us. The airport pick up also worked well. The only problem i have had it getting back my payment for my breakage deposit but that is the fault of Villarenters. I definitely recommend the apartment..."

| "We really enjoyed our winter break at this apartment.
Everything we required was in the apartment and the position was ideal with a good size patio area suitable for sunbathing or having a glass of wine. It was also within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. We definitely hope to return to the apartment again in the future.

| "This property was very clean and beautifully decorated to a high standard. The proximity to shops was excellent and was also in a good position for both the old town and harbour and sea, beaches and restaurants. Thre was a nice pool in the complex for sunbathing although in December it was too cool to swim."

"Apartment excellently situation from airport (15 mins) and bars/shops (5 mins walk).
Wouldn't recommend though for 4 people as it's too much of a squeeze and the poor people who draw the short straw of sleeping on the sofa bed have to put up with daylight streaming through the curtains in the morning!"

As the owner I agree with Rebecca to have four adults in a one bedroom apartment is a bit of a squeeze as the sofabed is in the lounge (as stated), especially if you do not want to put the bed back to a sofa. However most people book the apartment as a couple or for 3 persons as we have a separate put me up bed for an adult or a child to go into the main bedroom. Any future clients please note that Rebecca's 2 friends only join the main party for a long weekend so it suited Rebecca to just book a one bedroom apartment.

| "We had a wonderful holiday just what the 'doctor ordered' we had such a relaxing time, no rushing and no stress. The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations, the photo's and description on the website did not do it justice! We ate at Las Vistas on our first night and were greeted and served by Daniel the new owner of the restaurant who was most friendly and made us feel very welcome and at ease. The meal we had was delicious (stuffed mushrooms to start and fish in brown sauce for main course) we would recommend the food to anyone renting the apartment. Hoping we will be able to return next year. Thank you for enabling us to have a very memorable and pleasurable holiday."

| "We enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was in a good position for walking to both the new and old parts of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was well equipped, although as I like cooking I would have preferred an oven to a combination microwave.
The complex was very quiet and it was good to sit out on the patio and have a coffee without hearing any blaring music.
Definitely the place to stay if you want a quiet, relaxing week in the sun during a British winter.
The owners could not have been more helpful."

We had the most wonderful 12 days here. The apartment was first class, clean, tidy and extremely homely. The complex was lovely and peaceful and it was in a great location. You could not want for anything more. We had a most restful time, we felt rested we did not want to come home and we look forward to going back. | "The apartment is lovely - clean, bright, beautifully furnished and decorated and very well equipped. Very welcoming - we immediately felt at home. It's position within the complex is ideal - just a few steps away from the pool and the restaurant - and the position within the resort even better . . . close to all amenities but in peaceful surroundings.
We've rented various properties in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura for some years - but have to say that this was the best by far - will definitely book again!"

| "Christine and Jacob - we have just been in the apartment for two weeks (August 2006) and we had the most wonderful holiday. (Jacob my son is 14 years old). The apartment is modern, beautiful and had everything we needed, just like home from home. There was so much to do, swimming, scuba driving and the restaurants all around were great we could not fault one of them. We took trips into Teguise Market, Arrecife, Playa Blanca, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this holiday to anyone. If you just want to relax the whole time you can do that too, we were just adventurous."
