| "Well, what can I say after a very relaxing 10 days? Let’s start with the villa, brilliant! The detached property is very well maintained with all the facilities and equipment you’d expect and immaculately presented. It has a shared balcony for the two front bedrooms and a good sized patio at the front which catches the sun ALL day. Off road parking if you want to use it though the road, only having local traffic, is not generally busy.
The information pack in the house was invaluable, containing info about the accommodation and local amenities, all in all a good comprehensive guide.
Car definitely needed, though cabs are not too expensive. The travel times shown on the website for the accommodation, by car, are accurate.
A number of bars and excellent restaurants are only a 5 minute cab ride away, in Kato Paphos (near the Amathus Hotel) if you don’t want to drive. Try The Irish Pub, or Rimini’s Italian Restaurant, though there are plenty of other great bars and restaurants to choose from. Taxis are readily available in the Amathus Hotel area, so no waiting for cabs when you decide to head back to the accommodation.
Jan, the Property Manager, was a godsend and nothing seemed to be too much trouble! She even acted as our cabbie, when one cab company said they didn’t know the address. Her Glaswegian sense of humour was well appreciated.

| "Villa is as described beautiful and fully equipped with everything you would need. we would reccommend car hire for the entire stay, as the harbour is about a 30 min walk and in peak summer as we found you cant walk very far in 39degrees sun."

| "The Villa was very well equipped with all amenities and we were especially happy with the
amount of bathrooms/shower rooms available.
The secluded patio area at the front of the villa
had plenty of furniture and was used a considerable amount of the time we were there.
Due to the location of this villa I would recommend that a car is hired as the Harbour &
shops were at least half an hours walk away, which meant a considerable amount was spent on taxis.
All in all our party had a most enjoyable stay.

| "The villa was certainly good value for money. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of room for the five of us staying. It did meet our expectations to a certain degree. We hadn't anticipated the walk into the main centre of the town, but overall the villa itself was beyond our expectations. The description of the villa was spot on, and we should have read the distance to the town more carefully, but the walk seems to shorten as the holiday went on - probably because we were starting to find our way around by then and shortcuts! We would definately recommend to friends and may return ourselves in the future. There was no cleaner during our stay and no-one contacted us to check everything was okay. However, we did have a telephone number if we had problems and there was a washing machine to do towels, etc.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and one reason for this was the comfort and space available to us within the villa."

"We just wanted to send you a quick note to say how pleased we were with the villa in Paphos. The 3 bed room villa was perfect. The standard of the accommodation was first class. It was also great to have 3 separate bathrooms, one for us boys and one each for my wife and daughter! The bedrooms were well sized with plenty of storage space. It was also great to use the a/c’s in the bedrooms which gave us all a good nights sleep. The downstairs was perfect to relax in the evenings. The big fridge freezer was fantastic, perfect for storing lots of beer and the ice maker meant cold drinks all the time. We also used the washing machine surprisingly quite a bit. It was good to have the big tv and freeview available but we tried not use it much. The communal swimming pool was perfect size for cooling off in the middle of the day. The area was quiet but with easy driving distance of town and the beach. Any way many thanks it was superb accommodation for our stay.

"This was our first venture into house rental as opposed to a hotel booking, our main reason being flexibility for our two young daughters. Sunny Cyprus Villa 1 was indeed a home from home, with everything we needed to enjoy a lovely holiday. The house itself was immaculate & modern, furthermore all our needs were catered for in the way of babygates,& feeding chair. It was a 15 minute stroll to the centre of town, yet the house was located in a quiet residential area. One huge advantage was the proximity of Patricia, the ever helpful on site property manager, who never failed to make our rental trouble free. All in all a great way to spend time in Paphos, without hotel maids stumbling in at inappropriate moments, queueing for the toaster machine & hiding baby milk in the mini bar fridge in your 20x12 ft room. I doubt we will ever need a hotel again.""

| "We had a lovely time to your villa in Cyprus. It was our first visit to Cyprus and we used the villa as a base to see a lot of the island.
There were four of us there for week one: my parents and my husband and myself. Week 2 our younger son came out. Initially we thought our other son and girlfriend might manage a few days but they couldn't fit it in. So the space was excellent for the four of us and also for the five of us on week 2.
Overall we would rate the villa very highly. I would give it a very good and will certainly go into villa renters and give it a very good review.
I think you have a really good system having someone on site to answer any questions. The villa was really clean and Patricia was there first thing on the Saturday morning to see that we had got in all right, which we did without any difficulty. She sent the maintenance man who worked on the TV which he said had 'frozen' and it was working within a few minutes. Also something went wrong with the safe on day one as it wouldn't open and he went off to try to find a key to open it manually. We went out and were taken aback when we came back and they had brought a new safe to install. We made a note of the code we used (1810) and left that on the safe in case there was a problem for the next people. Patricia also brought us a mop for the floor as there was a bucket but no mop."

| "Lovely was my first thoughts, and as i explored the villa i was pleased to find extra bedding and towels for all the bedrooms. i arrived at night so after a hot shower and a good sleep in a clean comfortable bed, i awoke to find the delightful patio, where undisturbed i had breakfast in the sun. i liked the fact that i was left to my own devices but it was good to know that someone was around if a ran into a problem. i did need a car but at £160 for two weeks and petrol that bit cheaper, i thought that was good value and i was able to explore Cyprus at my own pace. Yes i would recom mend this villa to anybody who wants to take it easy in a lovely villa in a most beautiful country. Thank you j jeffs"

| "The villa is well situated in a quiet area of Paphos, a short walk away from shops and restaurants. We were pleased to find all the comforts of home both in the kitchen and living areas. The walled patio provides an excellent place to relax in privacy in the evenings, to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine as the kids are kept amused watching DVD's. We found the owners representitive in Paphos very friendly and eager to help. We're looking forward to returning next year."

| "The Villa is lovely and a home from home environment. It is lovely and peacefull after a hectic day on the beach. The villa is well equipped and beatifully furnished. The owner have put a lot of thought into it and provided extras such as books, games dvds etc for us to enjoy with the kides. The kids loved the daily visit by the ice crean van. We would definately go again"
