| "Palm Tree Villa is an extremely well equipped accomodation -definitely home from home. No need to worry about conversion plugs, water cooler, barbecue etc all is there. It has a beautiful decor with some wonderful paintings throughout.Pool fantastic and we had some wonderful evenings at sunset sitting outside talking and watching the antics of a female cat and her kitten which were so cute and humourous. Owners Alan and Lisa were extremely welcoming and helpful to us and we were able to contact them at any time if needed. We took their advice on the last day and booked into the 5 star Coral beach hotel. This worked out really well as it meant we were able to make the most of our last day as our scheduled flight wasnt until 10:20pm that night. Alan had arranged a taxi to collect us there so we didnt have to worry. Hotel was fabulous,own pools in which some of us participated in free snorkelling lessons and the private beach and watersports fab. Well worth 68 euro for the facilities and enjoyment we had. Coral bay and Palm Tree Villa definitely has something for all ages."

| "PALM TREE VILLIA WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED IN BOTH THE HOLIDAY VILLA MAGAZINE AND THE WEB SITE, AND THE OWNERS ALAN AND LISA BEING THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE IS A BONUS . WE HAD A LOVELY RELAXING HOLIDAY AND HAVING A PRIVATE POOL WAS WONDERFUL. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMENDED THIS VILLA ."

| "The villa, gardens and pool were of a very high standard. Maybe a dishwasher would have been the icing on the cake! Felt that maybe a hire car would be useful to enable people to travel to a wider selection of bars and restaurants approx 2 miles away. Information supplied about the area was clear and helpful from Lisa and Alan who also left us their mobile number for any further queries. They also provided a top rate welcome pack which included wine and beers in the fridge. This was our first trip to Cyprus and hopefully it won't be our last!"

| "We have enjoyed many villa holidays in the Coral Bay area, but our stay at Palm Tree Villa surpassing all previous stays.
We normally book our villa from well known holiday companies, welcome packs are not always availabe, although they are supposed to be included in price and the only time we saw our rep or villa agent was when they wanted to sell us tickets for excursions......which by the way, are much cheaper at the many outlets selling them along Coral Bay.
Lisa and Alan couldn't do enough to make our stay stress free. They brought round CDs and DVDs and even a mobile phone charger. There was a substantial welcome pack awaiting our arrival and the water cooler/dispenser was an excellent touch, which we've never encountered at any other villa we stayed at. They were at the end of the phone if we should need them, fortunately we didn't.
I would definitely recommend this villa to our friends. It is in perfect location for beach, shops and restaurants."

& not a bad location (not to quite but to busy)
very nice owners who would do anything they could to help you. A lovely arrival pack when we arrived, & things like soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid were already in the villa for us. i would rate the villa 9 out of 10."

| "This is a superb holiday villa. Light and spacious, with all the comforts of home. The pool area and garden are fantastic and private. The villa is just across from Corallia Beach and there are a very good selection of bars and restaurants close by. It's great to feel you don't have to hire a car if you don't want to. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and just a phone call away if we needed them. We wondered if the villa might be too big for just 2 of us -but it felt wonderful to 'own' this special villa all to ourselves for one whole week!"

| "Palm Tree Villa is very well positioned, with bars, shops and beaches literally on the doorstep. The villa itself is very clean and spacious, with everything provided to make it a home-from-home.... but with sun!
Lisa and Alan are genial hosts, and do all that they can to help. They are more than willing to offer help and advice if required, but are equally willing to "blend into the background" and offer you privacy and freedom.
All in all the villa offers excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in paying a return visit some day."

| "Superb villa , ideally located close to the beach and a small selection of local shops & restaurants. Around 15 minute walk to a bigger selection of shops & restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely private pool , wonderfully spacious living accommodation , very helpful & friendy owners.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!"
