| "Thank you for our stay at your lovely villa.
Just a few points I would like to make about the villa.
1. There were no bins in the bedrooms or loos
2. No blackout curtains in the bedrooms
3. The bedroom with the skylight is crazy, the light just flows in there in the morning, no cover.
4. The fans in all the rooms are useless.
5. No airconditioning in the toilets downstairs.
6. We did not have enough towels and the ones we had were so threadbare, my dogs towels are better than them.
7. The dishwasher was broken for the entire holiday.
Needless to say we had cockroaches in the villa.
Air conditioning would have been wonderful, Jon you should have put it in when you did your renovations.The villa was like a sauna most of the time.

| "I was not aware that the property was directly under a flight path and flights were going out and coming in until late at night. Also I was informed that there was a Sky package but was unable to get Sky Sports at all and this was an reason why I booked this particular apartment. Other than that the apartment was fine."

"the bed was very comfortable the appartment had everything we needed although very sparsely furnished ie no bedside tables or lamps.
The arrival proceedure was very frustrating. No light over the key box made it impossible in the pitch dark, there was no key in the box for us after 3/4 of an hour with a taxi waiting.
A welcome pack would be very helpful especially for guests arriving late ie. unopened bottle of water small carton of milk tea/coffee etc.
after the initial hicups we enjoyed our holiday it was peasefull and relaxing thank you"

Thank you for your feedback. This was the 1st time we had rented out so I am sorry if there were so small hiccups.
We have now added bedside tables and lamps to the 2nd bedroom (the first bedroom had them) and added more furniture.
A welcome pack will be left from now on.
I know you really enjoyed the apartment and I hope to see you again next year.
