| "The villa was well equipped for all your needs, nice and quite surroundings. You do need a car you will feel quite isolated with out one and you will spend a lot on taxis. Would of liked a net for the pool just to clear out the cockroach that went for a swim. I would suggest if you planned a night in take some DVDs to watch. Over all very clean and there is everything you need to make your stay pleasant"

| "The Villa is a pleasant easy drive form Alicante airport and is only a few minutes out of Calpe. The property is easily found using the directions supplied by the villa operators.
On reaching the villa it is set in a beautiful area and is very very clean. The pool looked brand new and the sun areas were immaculately clean and very well presented.
There are plenty of sun loungers, chairs, tables etc for your needs and the site gets the sun throughout the day.
On entering the villa you can tell it has been well looked after and again is very very clean and well presented. All the home comforts you are used to are present in the villa and you want for nothing.
I would say that this was very good value for money?
It certainly did meet our expectations?
The description of the property was under accurate as we found it to be a very pleasant surprise?
Would we recommend it to a friend, indeed and all ready have to half our local pub having only been back in the UK 2 days?
From start to finish we were again more than adequately looked after during our stay? Communication was excellent throughout the duration and made the whole experience easy to follow and made for great peace of mind.
& our friends review
The Villa, set in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the main town, 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and was extremely easy to find using the directions provided.
The Villa’s amenities were superb with everything you could need for a great holiday. Well stocked kitchen facilities, beautifully clean and tidy throughout.
The friendly local managers were a pleasure to deal with and popped in to see if everything was up to standard and see if we needed anything else to enjoy our stay.
The BBQ is a perfect accompaniment to evenings spent by the pool, which looked brand new.
All in all the Villa surpassed the description we read on the website prior to booking and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family.

| "Casa la Cancion was neatly presented, very clean, and provided an excellent holiday home for us. It is ideal for a small family and is very well situated in La Fustera.
The local managers were superb.
We fully expect to return."

| "The villa is in a nice quiet location but not too far from things. The villa itself was clean and well furnished, it is small but is more than adequate for a small family. We thourghly enjoyed the pool which is clean and well maintained.. All in all a very good holiday."

| "Very clean and well equipped. The living room is fairly small but you can use the conservatory. The pool is very good. The only problem was the double bed. It is metal and very noisy !
overall i would recommend it as good value."

| "Although the villa is in a very quiet location we had a great holiday and will definatly be returning next year. The villa itself was lovely and clean and had all the home comforts we needed although the double bed is a little noisey !!! we had a great time in the pool which was surprisingly warm for may. The small welcome pack, which was free, was an added surprise and was nice touch provided by peter and barbara, who we would like to thank for their help in providing a taxi for our return to the airport. All in all a great villa and a great holiday."

| "We had a lovely holiday at Casa La Cancion, and thought it was very good value for money. It met all our expectations, and exceeded them in many areas. Everything you may need was provided and the villa was very clean and well furnished.
The description was accurate. It was described as a small villa, but there was plenty of room of 4 people to live quite comfortably, and the outside areas were lovely.
The caretakers advised us on the only problem we had (how to change the gas cannister), and it was nice to know they were available if needed. Otherwise, we were left completely to our own devices, which was perfect for us.
The pool was lovely and clean, and the mosquito grids on the windows a welcome feature, not just for mosquitos but for other insects as well.
Thank you for a much enjoyed holiday."

"Dear Mr and Mrs Cardnell Thanks very much for the cheque
feedback - We had a lovely holiday - your villa is gorgeous and the mosquito screens especially appreciated (I get eaten alive - the joke is that as the eldest I take the flak for the rest of my sisters - for the children, the pool and the sea were the best bits, enclose a picture of all enjoying it! - we switched off the satellite by mistake but got helped by Stefka's husband to switch it back on then had to switch it off again during the storms on 2 nights! - the filter above the oven can get clogged with old oil, and I scrubbed it out - I did want to oil all the door hinges and handles as -being a light sleeper every time the children or my sisters went to the toilet in the night, they woke me, but I didn't get round to it - I expect oil dries out quickly in the temperatures - I won a bet with my sisters that it was an orange tree, not a lime, in your front garden - lovely touches on leaving some pool toys for the children - the pink ones were used to take the inflatable croc for a walk every morning around the pool!! - all loved the books and games, etc left in the chest of drawers - specially loved the way different 'rooms' outside - at side of house, back and front and roof in all a perfect holiday, thankyou very much for allowing us to share your lovely house rgds D Skrytek "

"Hi Dave
We had a very good time at your villa thanks.
Overall - impressed with the villa, outside space and pool.
Even with the increased numbers staying, there was plenty of room - more than we had imagined from the web info.
The only critisism we have is the size of the double bed in one of the rooms. It is very small for a double and in the hot weather made it uncomfortable for two 50yr olds! This is in no way spoiled our stay and I mention it as helpfull feedback.
Stefca welcomed us on arrival, but other than that we were left to our own devices - exactly what we wanted.
Thanks again - we are very satisfied customers.
Regards
Steve "

"Dave, sorry for not replying sooner, but I've been so busy at work since my return, I haven't been checking my emails at home! I think I need another break! I received the cheque safely thank you. We really enjoyed the holiday and the quiet location of the villa and had great weather. It was our first visit to this part of mainland Spain and the region is far more developed than I had realised. However, should we visit the area again, expect an email from me! The pool is a real plus and a good move in the rental market, especially for families. Good luck with your future 'customers'. Cheers Peter. Peter Nuttall "
