"The grounds and swimming pool for the villa are fantastic, however the house is in a poor condition and needs maintenance before guests should stay. My family arrived and some doors could not be secured and the air con did not work. Even after we called the owner some of the windows etc. could not be secured. Two of the rooms were un-usable - one because of damp and the other because it was being used as a storage room. The house was fairly clean, however in one bathroom the toilet leaked and therefore smelt and the shower curtain was covered in mould at the bottom. This could be a lovely property - but sorry it needs some serious maintenance before guests are allowed to stay in it!"

she is the only one to say that the house needs maintenance!!!the people that my guest has had all have remained enchanted by the context and happy you/he/she brings you/he/she was alone defective and later the day has been sheltered
the conditioned air they were simply discharges the batteries of the remote control!!!!,the problem has been resolved after a few hours.. the room that she says damp was not inclusive in the rent that she has pagatolaltra room, all it took is asking to the personnel be be made available.
it is a pleasure for me that the house and the swimming pool are fantastic and the very clean structure

| "A beautiful setting, gorgeous house, incredible property. The garden, pool, ocean view, charming house, and helpful people are outdone only by the beauty of Ischia Island. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, the property is the best value for the money you will ever get. Our children had almost as much fun as the adults! Would return in a heartbeat."
