| "This was the second time, that we stayed respectively for 3 weeks in an object from the same owner. Last year we stayed at the Tuscany Court and this year we lived in the Villa Blue Dolphin. Both objects, the apartment at Tuscany Court and the Villa Blue Dolphin was exellent, they contained everything we needed. The apartment and the Villa was very exceeded and absolutely wonderful. Both facilities offered are very good and met all the needs of me, my wife and my daughter and they are in quiet neighbourhood.We had a wonderful vacation. Betting is, that we will be back in the next year. Thank you Mr. Kennedy."

| "The house was exellent,it contained everything we needed.Very spacious and lovely.It was close to the Islands ,we spent several days there. Lovely.

| "I found this property doing a Google search. I needed the rental to visit my son and attend his high school graduation. The home and property were absolutely wonderful. Definitely made our stay in Cape Coral so much more enjoyable. I couldn't even imagine us staying in a hotel room (we couldn't have gotten a hotel room for the price, let alone value that we received at the villa). The only problem is the master bedroom needs a ceiling fan. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful villa. We have plans to stay again."

| "This was a beautiful property, accurately matching the website description and floor-plan. The neighbourhood was very quiet but not remote, with a local supermaket less than 2 miles away. We arrived two hours early, let ourselves in with the doorkey under the mat and telephoned the housekeeper to OK this. There was not a problem.
The property had been largely well cleaned, but not sure to the extent that the end cleaning bill of $120 would suggest. The outside pool area had not been cleaned and we found an empty bottle under the bed. However, this in no way spoiled an otherwise wonderfully relaxing holiday. The house (especially at the current exchange rate of nearly $2 to the £) was excellent value for four adults. The housekeeper's husband arrived to (sort of) show us round the house and was very laid-back but did say he was on-call in any emergency, which was re-assuring. A small point, but there is only one gas bottle for the BBQ. Had that run out half-way through a meal, it would have been inconvenient to have to call the housekeeper out to replace it.
These are only minor points; many previous guests have returned and that speaks for itself. We had a wonderful holiday."

| "The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures of the villa shown on the website, although very good, do not do it justice. This property is so clean and spacious.
The swimming pool was very clean, warm and offered a great deal of privacy. The very large adjoining garage made getting the children in and out of the car very easy.
The facilities offered are very good and met all the needs of my family, although the open plan kitchen did give too much access for my young children.
The property is located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, although Cape Coral is a bit of a maze and takes some time to familiarise yourself with the road layout.
The information pack at the villa was very informative and contained lots of detail about the local area - places to visit, where to eat out, local amenities and most importantly - local road maps of the area.
I would definately reccommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet holiday within easy reach of shops, restaurants, the local islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island, and Fort Myers Airport.

| "Everything was excellent. We will now rent homes instead of staying in hotels for that period of time. Everything we needed was there at our fingertips. My only recommendation is that a ceiling fan be put in the master bedroom. If we come to that area again, we would definitely contact you. Thanks for making our stay easy."

| "The villa was very roomy and immaculately clean and maintained. We wanted a relaxing holiday in the sun and this is exactly what we got spent between the lovely villa pool and surrounding beaches. The large TV was also a bonus for the night you just felt like watching a movie and doing nothing else."

| "I've been meaning to write you about our stay at your Villa Blue Dolphin since we got back. It was the best experience ever and we're hoping to plan our next year's vacation there also, and are thinking about a longer stay. From the moment we stepped into that beautiful house, we were spoiled for anything else! We even had a "welcome" gift of a bottle of wine & glasses set out for us. The house was clean and beyond our expectations in amenities (we loved the big screen tv and the extra tv's in the bedrooms). I also want to commend your property manager. She was the best, and always available to our needs. One day we came home from our "touring" and found one of the fire detector's battery was low & chirping to warn us to change it. We called and within 20 minutes there was a man there to fix it. That's what I call service! All in all, I can't think of anything that you need to do to improve the Villa. Thank you for making it available to us!"

| "We had a wonderful time at the villa, everything form the check-in to check out went very well. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the ping-pong table. We were surprised at the size of the villa it really felt very roomy even tough there were 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. But I think the kids got spoiled with that huge TV. We would definitely consider coming back again sometime in the future. (Dec 2005)"
