| "We had a great holiday,the apartment was as described, very comfortable and fabulous views from the very large balcony.
We had the same minor niggles as previous visitors ie the bed makes a horrible creaking sound, the bedroom lighting is rather dim and it is rather annoying having to sit on the floor to dry your hair.
However we would be more than happy to return and would recommend this apartment to family and friends."

| "We had a fabulous Holiday and the appartment was as described and very comfortable.Only a couple of minor niggles that have been mentioned by previous visitors,ie the bed as a horrible creaking that appears to come from the headboard,and lighting in the bedroom needs a stronger bulb in the ceilling.My wife and i had to sit on the floor at the side of the bed to dry our hair as the only mirror in reach of a power point for the hairdryer is located very low down on the wardrobe door.A wall mirror would have been great.However a great appartment and holliday."

| "property is in the developing area of Oroklini just outside larnaca with easy access by car to Larnaca sea front, Ayia Nappa and Nicosia.
The appartment was as described, very comfortable clean and modern, with a large balcony and great views. I have to mention however that the satalite TV and dvd player did not work wich was a disapointment in the evening for my childern. The pool was also shut because of a faulty filter and was only available for use on our last day. This did not spoil our holiday at all as we had use of a car and went to the beach every day (would have been a problem without a car). Despite these minor problems i have given an excellent overall rating because of the standard of the apartment and access to local ameneties."

| "Beautiful, tastefully decorated and well-equipped apartment in a recently built complex. The air-conditioning was welcome in the July heat.
As another renter has noted, the bed does indeed creak at the slightest movement, despite the renters claim to the contrary. On the other hand, the mattress was very comfortable and we generally got a good nights sleep. While not there to watch TV, we noticed the satellite TV receiver could not obtain a signal and terrestrial reception was also very poor.
There are two pools available, one childrens pool and a larger pool with waterfall although there is no shallow end for non-swimmers to enjoy. Jacuzzi was certainly warm enough, but not always working on our visit in the middle of July, but that may be down to the water restrictions imposed in view of the current drought on Cyprus.
Sunbeds are also at a premium and competition to get one was high, the renter may wish to obtain a couple exclusively for his clients use. We noticed some other apartment owners have obtained their own.
The village of Oroklini offers a limited number of Taverners and bars a short walk form the complex. We can certainly recommend the Corfu Town Tavern to eat out of an evening. The sports bar opposite also offers excellent value with cheap local beer and bar meals. Otherwise, we definitely recommend a rental car - you will need it to get to the beach or Larnaca.
Cyprus property development continues at a pace, so inevitably there will be some dust and noise wherever you go, and there is some limited construction work adjoining the apartment, but it was not too intrusive and did not spoil our holiday.
Despite some of our negative comments, this apartment more than met our expectations and we believe it will be difficult to beat for the otherwise high standard of accommodation offered. We would certainly recommend it to our friends with the provisos mentioned above.

"The property it'self was very nice, but there were a few things that could have been better, like:
The bed was horrendously creaky!
The pillows were very cheap and flat
The lighting in the bedroom was very dim
There was no mirror or dressing table in the bedroom.
A welcome booklet informing you of the nearest supermarket, resturants etc would have been very helpful.
And lastly, the water in the pool was freezing and who has ever heard of a cold "hot-tub/jacuzzi""

The property manager checked the bed immediately after departure and no evidence of creakiness was found. There are two 60watts light bulb in the bedroom and a 40watts bedside lamp and there appears to be no reason why the lighting in the bedroom can be considered dim. There are 4 extra pillows in the apartment (wardrobe) to ensure renters comfort. Although, the sun shines on average of 320-340 days a year in Cyprus, the temperature may drop towards the end of September and early October and this will have a similar effect on the pool water. The swimming pool is not heated and the Jacuzzi is not a hot tub.
Information about local places of interest and a bedroom mirror has now been provided in the apartment.

| "We really enjoyed our holiday the apartment was excellent, clean comfortable and with all the facilities as stated.The balcony was very large and very private.If staying at this property though you do need to hire a car.I would definitley recommend this apartment to friends."
