| "We have just returned from a weeks break at this villa, we had a wonderful time, the kids loved the pool and the villa was very clean.Yes, you are underneath the flight path for the airport but honestly you get used to the planes inside the first day, we actually started playing " guess the carrier ", i certainly wouldn`t let it put me off going back to this particular property, we have stayed at other villas within amarillo and this was certainly up there with the best of them, we all look forward to returning."

| "Really enjoyed this our holiday at this villa. Excellent property and well equiped only hing missing was a parasol and the barbeque wasnt up to much . Pump went in the pool but was fixed immedidatly,dishwasher unfixable but not aproblem .A local map might be useful for supermarkets and the square behind the San Blas supermarket for entertainment could be missed overall a great holiday"

| "We had a lovely week here the kids loved having their "own pool".
We did nothing just chilled in the sun, a well needed rest was had by all, hopefully we will be back next year- but for two weeks!!!!"

"The villa itself is beautiful - very nice and spacious and all mod cons provided. The planes were more frequent and lower than we had expected - even having read the feedback from previous holidays makers. The pool was disappointing - the size was not mentioned on the website and we think this should be corrected. A rough estimate would be 15ft by 6ft! Definitely not big enough for an adult to swim in. Putting the above aside, we did have a very enjoyable holiday and would say that overall, it was excellent value for money."

I would strongly disagree with you about the pool size and the photo doesnt lie. It is a good enough size to swim in and keep warm, whilst still not being too big to let the heat out.
We dont (and nor do most of our renters) think the occasional noise from the planes are an issue and the charms of the villa / the views and the resort far outweigh that.

| "Excellent spacious property in quiet area. Great views over the golf course and down to the sea. Great location for quiet holiday (ignoring the planes coming into land at the airport) or easy drive to resorts if more nightlife is required.

| "We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Amerilla Golf. The villa is ideally placed so that you are only a short walk away from conveniences such as supermarkets and resteraunts. As we are young we really took advantage of the night life in Player de las Americas which is only a 15 minute drive away. We found it great being able to return to the villa after we went out as it was a quiet escape from all of the nightlife where we could relax and enjoy the sun. We adapted to the aeroplanes very quickley and they did not bother us at all. The only weakness was that the dishwasher was not working and heavy wind met that the pool was constantly dirty. Thank you for an amzing week and we will deffinatley consider returning!"

"The villa was lovely, gorgeous view, spacious inside, lovely area outside with swimming pool and sunbeds. Resort was quiet but some nice places to eat and drink out.
Phoned a couple of times for help and support people over there very helpful.
Thought the pool was heated so that was a bit disappointing. Planes do fly close overhead but didnt bother us and we would play guess the plane!
Could do with sorting the lighting especially in the kitchen and the water went cold after only 2 out of the 6 of us had showered. Dishwasher didnt work.
Minor grumbles, certainly wouldnt put me off renting the villa again in future."

I am really sorry about the dishwasher. We called the manufacturer out who told us it had been fixed -it was fine when tested. We will buy a new one.
The boiler is certainly large enough for a villa of this type and we have never had any problems with 6 showers in a row before. But like any bolier, it depends on how long you take in the shower...!
The pool is solar heated which keeps it at a pleasant temperature to swim in.
Glad you enjoyed the villa and hope to welcome you back soon.

"We had a great time at this villa and in the general area. I would highly recommend it. Pool was great! Dishwasher did not work was our only problem but this was not a big deal for us. Agree with other comments that owner should take more photos. Hope to go back and this time play the golf course as we only made it to the Pitch and putt this time around."

| "WOW, We had a superb holiday. Its a very spacious villa with breathtaking views. We were a party of 4 so had lots of space. The pool was great, spent a few days lounging around that as the weather was pretty good. There is a shop 5 minutes walk away from the villa and a few eateries aswell. We liked The Marina reasturant where we ate a few nights. Its great value for money and the staff were very friendly. We didnt have a car, but still found it easy enough to get out and about thanks to Andy (Who was an absoulte gem and is employed by Jon). The supermarket is about a half hour walk from the Villa or 10 euros return in a taxi. We got used to the planes on the first day, so if your worried about the villa being on a flight path DONT BE you really do get used to them quick. Thank you for a fantastic holiday we would definitely recommend it and hopefully we will return soon."

| "An impressive property, the location dictated relaxation, fantastic views over the golf course(to the rear) and frontwards to Teide. Property well located for nightlife in Golf de Sur. A vehicle is a must in this area. The supermarket situated at the motorway exit is most welcome providing well priced items, not that impressed with the NETTO is San Blas centre. Whilst located on airport flight path, this did not have any adverse affect on the holiday. I would like to return to this villa in the future."

| "excellent villa with great views over golf course. it was well appointed, with washing machine and dishwasher as well as ceiling fans and stand alone fans in all bedrooms. Clean and tidy inside and out, with good quality sun loungers. There were four of us there so it was extremely spacious - perfect size for a family or group of 6 or 8 people. Heated pool was good for our kids, but due to the wind, it was always full of leaves - mabe consider a cover for it.
We had a great stay there and would highly reccommend it to anyone!"

| "We had a wonderful week at the villa. Its huge!!
The villa was much bigger than we expected, plenty enough room for 5 of us. The pool was brilliant but warmer by mid morning.
We were a little worried about low flying aircraft causing a nuisance but we have no complaints. In fact, it was good fun playing guess the airline!
The area is very quiet but we stumbled across the restaurants on the seafront at the end of our week. (Down by the harbour, walk across the beach, or cut through opposite the Irish bar at the bottom of the hill)
Its not far to walk into the square in Golf Del Sur (about 15mins), which is more lively, and only 5Euros for taxi if you cant be bothered on the way back!
My only advice would be to take some more photos of the villa for the website. The current ones dont do it justice.
We will definately be back! Thank you"

| "We had a fantastic time in tenerife thanks to your villa... We were a party of 7 and there was tons of space for us... We spent 4 days out of 7 around the pool which was lovely and warm when it got to around lunchtime. Plus to our surprise the pool was cleaned twice in the week! The views over the golf course were great. Although the villa is in the flight path it didnt bother us at all... quite enjoyed it actually.. you hardly notice after a day or two. We had a great weeks weather too, all came back a great colour.. We would definately recommend your villa & would definately come back. Thanks again."

| "Fantastic villa in lovely position. Extremely spacious for our party of 9 people. Had trouble with pool after a couple of days, turned green and made the kids eyes quiet poorly. This however was quickly rectified by the management company who were most helpful. Dishwasher did not work for whole of the holiday and whilst a nuisance washing up for 9 people we soon adapted. Would love to holiday there again and would certainly recommend it. Please note though that it is extremely quiet around with only a handful of bars and restaurants nearby so not recommended if your looking for a lively holiday."

OUR DAUGHTER BASICALLY LIVED IN THE LOVELY POOL WHILE MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND TURNED INTO PLANE SPOTTERS WITH THE LOW FLYING PLANES OVERHEAD, WHICH WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR SUNBATHING! | "We have just come back from this villa having stayed there for 7 days. What can I say but WOW. The villa is beautiful and really big (you can't tell from the photographs). There was everything provided that you could possibly want. The pool was amazing especially at night when it's was all lit up. The views are to die for. Usually we have to spend loads of money entertaining the kids but to be honest they didn't want to leave the villa because of the pool. They were in it all day. The shed with all the pool inflatables was fab and really useful. The villa is on a flight path but who cares. You soon got use to it and the kids thought it was great. We were all sad to come home."

"Lovely villa in a good location with views over golf course. Well fitted out with all we needed other than a hair drier.
We were a party of 3 so had lots of space. Two families with children would find the villa very comfortable but I'm not so sure about 4 couples.
The pool was warm, even though the weather was not very hot.
It looked as though some building work opposite the villa was due to start very soon"

We often go to the villa as a family if 8 and find it perfectly fine. It has plenty of space.
The villa overlooks the golf course and the pool so definitely no building work there! There is an area of waste ground as you come in on the left but I have been to the town hall and there are no plans to build on it.

| "We had a lovely holiday. The villa was plenty big enough for our group of 7 (6 adults and our 5 year old grandaughter).We had a lovely sea view and view over the golf coarse.We found the villa ideally suited for walks and small supermarkets and a few restaurants. Larger shopping area at San Blas, 30mins walk or 5 mins in car.The highlight of our grandaughters holiday was the pool which she loved and we all enjoyed too. It was cold but very clean. Even though we were on the flight path we did not find this off putting, and you soon get used to the aircrafts. Overall we had a lovely holiday in a lovely villa."

| "This is now the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is excellent value for money as it is priced at a level similar to other properties with only three bedrooms.
The location is only a short drive from the airport and is a short walk from shops and bars. The garden has a good sized pool with views across the golf course to the sea and the marina. The storage shed also houses very useful items such as a high-chair, child car booster seats, and inflatables for the pool.
All of the bedrooms are a good size, and the living area and kitchen are spacious and uncluttered.
It's well situated to access some of the more tourist-type bars and restaurants a short drive away in San Blas and Gold del Sur, and a little further up the road there is more of a spanish feel to the restaurants around the harbour in Los Abrigos.
We find we have everything we need close at hand with this villa, and we'll no doubt end up back there again next year."

| "Just returned from la quinta heights 25/08/07.Great villa, loads of room very well equipped. We enjoyed spending time around the pool and my husband a keen golfer enjoyed watching the golfers go by.We had a couple of minor problems with the pool and the dishwasher but these were quickly rectified by Jon and the staff on the island. T he villa is ideally situated for the larger resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. The San Blas centre is only five minutes drive away and has many shops and restaurants we can highly recommend The Country Kichen and The Taj Indian Restaurant. There is also entertainment on nightly in the square. The one slight downside was that the villa is right on the flight path but after a couple of days we didnt even notice the planes going over. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday."

| "Just returned from a lovely 2 weeks at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The villa is very spacious and the pool area is superb - lovely views over the golf course to the sea.
Being right on the edge of the resort, the villa is ideally located as you can walk into the new marina at Golf Del Sur (less than 10 min stroll) where there are loads of bars and restaurants. From there you can go further into Golf Del Sur and to the Commercial centre where there are more shops, bars, restaurants, excursion shops and a nightclub.
I have to say the service extended by Jon and his management team was superb throughout. Two very minor problems were sorted quickly and efficiently by them within hours.
We will be booking through Jon again and probably the same villa too!

| "This is a very spacious villa in a superb location with panoramic views of the sea, marina and coastline beyond the adjacent golf course. There are many good low key restaurants and bars in the immediate area and a few minutes drive away in neighbouring Golf del Sur if you like to be among fellow Brits. A hire car is strongly recommended and will allow visits to charming small coastal towns such as Los Abrigos & El Medano which are within easy reach. The only real downside for some is the flight path bang overhead; Friday is a good day to be elsewhere but on most days the flights are spasmodic and a walkman or I-pod does the trick!"

| "A very Spacious villa with lovely views over the golf course to the sea.
The pool was at a lovely temperature and the weather was gorgeous so we had plenty of lazy days sunbathing by the pool.
We also noticed the kitchen was brand new which was nice!
Would probably advise car hire for people but you can walk to the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur (5 mins stroll) where there are plenty of restaurants and bars.
Overall we were very pleased and thought the villa offered very good value for money."
