| "The property was clean and well maintained. We were a bit unused to the manner in which the Air Conditioning worked and it took some getting used to for us. The lovely couple that cares for the property was so helpful and kind that we felt right at home. The hairdryer is the only item that we felt needs to be retired. You cant move it once you switch it on, so you end up trying to move your head instead! Other than that minor glitch, the apartment is well stocked with dishes and appliances for your use.
Stores and restaurants are a brief walk with one hill between the apartment and the main strip of places from which to choose. Taxis came quickly when called and almost every trip was between 8 and 10 euros! Didnt matter where we went, that was the cost..."

| "The apartment was clean & spacious all mod cons made it home from home. The pool was lovely and big overlooking the sea. Janet & Dave were brill and provided us with plenty of information on the area & best restaurants & beaches to visit. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and even had a couple of BBQs sat out front on the patio, definitely will be back! The Sharp family"

| "Main thing I would say about this property is the location is fantastic. Overlooking the nice, nice patio area outside to eat breakfast, lunch, tea etc. Found the bus service really handy, buses every 5 minutes and really cheap too so we didnt really need to hire a car which was great. The new pedestrianized harbour looks great, lots of nice shops and places to eat. Recommend exploring as well, we went to the Troodos mountains and Pissouri I think it was called. One cloudy day but apart from that the weather was in the late 20s each day which was ideal. Oh and Janet and Dave who did the transfers were fantastic, gave us some great tips on places to visit. Spot on, thanks!"

| "This is a really good apartment, furnished to a good standard. The airport transfers are a real bonus. The pool area is really nice, and the surrounding area is quiet yet it has some very acceptable bars and restaraunts. 10mins from the centre of Paphos using the local bus it suited us to a tee. Already rebooked for next year."

| "Well! The apartment was highly recommended to us by a friend and it still exceeded our expectations. Weve stayed in well known 5stars in Cyprus and this was cleaner. Spotless, clean, bright, airy etc. Dave and Janet who look after it are the friendliest, most helpful people weve ever come across. Fantastic patio, fantastic pool are. Didnt want to go home! Recommended Recommended."

| "This property was even better than the photos. Spotlessly clean, with access to a fabulous communal pool that was never busy. The apartment had everything you could want even a new BBQ! Janet and Dave who look after the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole stay was an absolute pleasure and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I am also very impressed with the website in general and the ease with which we were able to book our stay."

| "My second time to the Wilsons property, and once again everything was immaculate when I arrived. We stayed at their villa last time and that was so well situated that we were wondering whether to go back there but Kings Palace is just as nice, right near the beach and it's got the use of the pool (even though we didn't go in being January and all!) | "Weather wasn't that much cooler than when we went in Summer! It was still really warm! Our second visit to this apartment now, it really is immaculate and the setting is fantastic. | "Apartment was beautifully furnished, had everything we needed in there. Couldn't believe how nice the weather was for October, it was nice and hot, how we like it!! Spent most of the days just lounging round the pool or down on the beach. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby, so we stayed close to the Apartment most nights. We'd definitley recommend a walk down to the harbour as well though."

| "Very comfortable and clean. All amenities local are good. Paphos harbour a short bus ride away as is Coral Bay Beach. Only downside was building dust on one day when we were there blew into the apartment. Other than that it was very enjoyable. Recommended."

| "Would definitely recommend this top quality apartment to anyone. Great location, fantastic patio area to catch the sun all day long. Inside the apartment was immaculate as you would expect for a brand new property. The Air conditioning in all rooms was a life saver as well with the temperature getting well into the 100's!! Arranging the car hire for us was a great help and when the outside lights blew they were fixed straight away for us. Altogether a great holiday, we were well looked after. Will be returning in September when it's a little bit cooler! Many Thanks!"

| "This is a lovely, well equipped apartment in a great position, just seconds from the excellent bus service and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars etc. Great sea views and the sunsets are spectacular.
