"owners let us down there was no back up for our flight being delayed and we had to do a detour to collect the keys which cost us an added £15 in taxis
there was no tiolet roll in the apartment
other than that the location was good, apartment was clean"

Terry arrived at 11pm after a 6 hour flight delay. My keyholder and myself had called Terry on several occasions that day to find out when they were due to arrive, but to no avail.
As Terry had not called to make us aware of his delay, we had no idea when he was arriving and as stated in the arrival info letter on the website - any arrivals after 7.30pm I need to be made aware of so I can make other arrangements.
In all a lack of communication on the clients side caused this situation to arise.
