| "Price for this unit on the 20th floor is definitely reasonable, I find it my home away from home. My fiance and I were very pleased with the staffs, especially the security guards who helped us a lot to hail a cab whenever we want to go somewhere, anytime (condos location is not quite at reach to taxis), although jeepneys are just accessible out the door, or rental car is recommended, because parking space is free as long as you are a resident in the compound. The area is so close to baywalk, the famous MOA, fastfoods, upscale restaurants, casino, hospital and other famous historical landmarks. Just minutes away from the airport, nightlife spots and amusement parks. Upon arrival Mr. Leandro greeted me and my fiance by the lobby and helped us to unload our luggages to the unit and oriented us inside the room. Furnitures seemed to be up to date, fridge, overhead exhaust or vent in the kitchen, utensils & basic crockeries such as pots, rice cooker, toaster, microwave and electric stoves with oven is such a convenience to enjoy your own home cooking. Entertainment center is also available, not mentioning tv with cable. I like the fact that the unit is all a/c centralized, yet electric fans are at hand. Local landline, intercom to front desk, and free internet broadband are included as freebies. I also like the king size bed in the bedroom, more space- much comfort! And its just right by the huge glass window where you could feast your eyes towards the bayview and citylights- day and night while lying down. You got your own safety deposit box inside the bedroom. Bathroom is a typical american bathroom setup, shower, bath-tub, sink with a mirror, and a hair-dryer available for use, just like in any other hotels Ive been here in US. Service maids does their rounds everyday to clean up the unit, theres an available laundry mat down on the 7th floor where you could do your laundry. Amenities such as sauna, over-looking swimming pool to the bay and a small gym are accessible as well during the stay. Very few cons I can think of about my stay, like, the location is not so convenient to hail a taxi, lack of mats by the bathroom and kitchen sink, and some cooking pots not available. Overall, I had such a great experience over my stay, not just because things are so convenient in the unit, I think the friendly staffs added to the comfort of the place. I certainly will recommend to the people I know who is seeking a place to stay in Manila while visiting from abroad. I cant thank enough Mr. Leandro for all of the help."

| "I stayed from April 20th through 27 and I was very happy with the accomodations. I did not use the kitchen but everything was close by or they delivered. The housekeeping, security and front desk staff was always pleasant to talk to and very courteous. I felt like a king because they were always addressing me as "sir", "good morning sir", and "good evening sir". Im looking forward to my next stay there next year."

| "This place is owesome. The living room is neat and roomy for us. It was spacious enough for our needs. The appliances worked very well. The view of Manila Bay from 20th floor was great. The management was great. Leandro is very friendly and take care of necessary things that you need. For instance: I asked Leandro that I needed a transformer for my laptop, he provided it emmediately. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would stay at this place again when I visit Manila. Thanks to Leandro and the house keeping crew for everything."

| "Christmas 2007 was my first visit to the Philippines since 1978 and I was glad to find a warm welcome from all of the staff at Baywatch. Filipino hospitalty still abounds. Any question or problem I had was gladly addressed. (They even charged a 120v appliance for me.) The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and with complete amenities. I could have settled for less, but at such reasonable prices, I could afford to be pampered.
I will definitely make Baywatch Tower my home the next time I visit the Philippines."

We stayed in this hotel for a week, the room is very spacious and it got everything we need!.. I remembered that we arrived in the hotel around 2am and the baby cot was not assembled yet (it was brand new), we requested Oli to come over and give us a hand, without hesitation, he came over and helped!.. not to mention that Elaine is a very friendly person -- she made our stay a pleasant one and it "felt like home"!.. BTW, after our stay at Baywatch, we moved to Oakwood Premier in Makati for another week... I tell you guys, the price (oh my!), the service is nothing compared to Baywatch.. Oakwood Premier is definitely a "NO" for me! -- I will definitely booked another week in Baywatch tower for my next P.I. holidays this year! God Bless All!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. Oli and Elaine gave us a warm welcome and made sure we got everything that we needed including the brand new playpen that I requested to have for my 2 year old daughter to sleep in. When I asked Oli if he can get us a comforter in our bedroom, without hesitation, he immediately bought a new one and deliver it to us the next day. Oli made sure that we're happy and satisfy on our stay at Baywatch! The staff in front desk including the security guards are THE BEST!!...very helpful and they always hail the cab for us everytime we go somewhere. I can't wait to go back and stay here at Baywatch Tower again! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family abroad. What else could you ask for? Very clean, great view of the bay, minutes walk to baywalk and restaurants and lastly, VERY INEXPENSIVE RATE!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING OUR VACATION A MEMORABLE ONE!

Stayed at this amazing condo for 2 nights in November this year. Elaine and Oli was so pleasant to deal with. Its everything you could ask for in a city condo - clean, very comfortable, stylishly designed, clean and soft comfy linen and pillows, very friendly and attentive staff. The suite gives you beautiful view of Manila bay. Its only few minutes walk to baywalk, restaurants and malate nightlife! I would definitely recommend Baywatch to anyone who wants a reliable and comfortable stay in Manila!!!

Baywatch Tower 2003 gave us the privacy of a personal home (with great view of the bay) and the comfort of a luxury hotel. The staff at the reception were courteous and we felt so secure knowing that security was strict 24 hours a day. Even the parking slot Oli and Elaine found for us outside Baywatch (but only a stone’s throw away) was secure plus the owner always had a ready smile anytime of the day or night. What’s more, the condo unit has a back up power system that allowed us to have continued access to electrical service during the power outages that hit Manila as a result of typhoon Milenyo. We find Oli and Elaine’s hospitality and helpfulness a bonus too. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

Maybe this is a littel too late but I did stay for one week in this beautiful unit. It was great, clean and near eveything. The bay is within walking distance. It was safe and I have no problem walking in the middle of the night to the night life at the bay. Eveything else is near. Oli and Ofelia his assistant are great and nice people to deal with. I am planning on visiting on Christmas for three weeks and looking forward to staying there again.

My family and I, were staying in the condo for 5 days and it was great. I can only recomend every one to stay in the condos of Baywatch tower, there is everything you need. We have allready desided that next time we come to Manila, we want to stay in the condos of Baywatch Tower.
