| "We were pleased with the size and the outlook. We have been misled in the past so were wary of the photos but they proved to be 100% accurate. The accommodation was very comfortable and the agents were extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation about returning or recommending it to friends or family. I was the only one of our party of 4 who did not use the pool as I found it too cold on my first try, however the others felt it was fine. It was useful getting a call beforehand advising us that beach towels would be provided, perhaps this could be added to the web site information."

| "The property was excellent. The property description could not have been more accurate. Everything was provided in the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms and the sitting/dinining rooms. It comfortably accommodated our party of six people.
The view was excellent and we were a short walk from the beach and all the local restaurants and bars etc. yet we were away from any noise.
We had a lovely time. Thank you."

| "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No 3 Ocean View. Outstanding location and excellent facilities- the air conditioning was most appreciated as there was not a cloud in the sky during the whole of our 10 day stay in Praia Da Luz.
The dishwasher was not working when we arrrived but Jane Bennet ensured that a new one was fitted within the next day or so. We also had a few problems with the door locks - but again Jane organised immediate support. Many thanks!"

| "This was our first visit to Luz for ten years. It was like putting on an old slipper.
We had our own Villa there for ten years. The village remains fantistic for families, despite recent events.
The villa was exactly what we expected. Equipment was greater than expected.
We had a fantastic, old fashioned family holiday and would recommend both the accommodation and Villa to others.
Looking forward to future holidays in the same location"

| "An excellent location with fantastic view of the sea.Wonderful to wake up to every morning!Close to local amenities-restaurants, supermarket, beach but far enough to be peaceful.Very friendly efficient service from key holder. When the washing machine jammed she was there straight away and had it fixed.
Will certainly be booking again!"

| "We stayed at No 3 Ocean View and it was absolutely perfect - with 3 boys it was spacious enough for us all and luxurious in the quality of the beds and sofas etc wtihout feeling that we couldnt be at home. It really has got the most amazing views of the sea and is just the right distance out of Luz to walk there easily but not feel on top of it. All in all a really top quality villa which we really would consider booking again. A perfect location and the pool although not large was lovely to just cool down in when needed. We were all delighted and very very sad to leave. The underground car park is a massive bonus, getting in to a cool car and shopping easily brought in to house!"

"lovely house and position, but house just a bit grubby for my liking. we had to clean the bathrooms and kitchens when we arrived.
cleaners came in for about 15 mins, but didn't really clean anything.
"

| "No 3 Ocean view is in a quiet location with fantastic views overlooking the sea. It is a five minute walk from Luz. It is very spacious and well equipped and the underground car parking is a real bonus. Everything was well maintained and the pool aand surrounding lawn was very attractive. All in all it exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it."

"The wonderful sea view, convenience of location, and spacious main living area, are what make this property a good choice. There were a number of minor inconveniences caused by non functioning or broken items which should have been attended to before our arrival - not least given the price and the fact that we were at the start of the main letting season. The absence of any seating/loungers and presence of a rat near the communal pool meant it was very little used by our party; we prefered the private area of garden at the villa. We were told the rat had appeared because of nearby building work and wasnt resident!

Our local agent is available at all times to replace or sort out any problems. Any non-functioning items in the villa itself which have been missed by the agent's checks will be rectified asap once notified.
Loungers are provided by each individual villa owner in the complex and are usually kept at the villas themselves, rather than left in the communal area. However, it might well be an idea for the complex to provide a few to be left at the communal pool area.
We have not heard of any visits from rodents from other guests or owners of the other villas and their guests so we hope that this one a one off appearance.

| "I very much enjoyed my stay in Ocean View.The view from the villa is absolutely stunning.The location suited my needs perfectly, being a short walk from the town on one side and a cliff walk on the other side. My only reluctant crititism is of the standard of the pool area, which I felt was not in keeping with the standard of the property.Having said that ,I enjoyed every moment of my stay in Oceanview and hope to have a return visit."

| "We had an excellent holiday in this very well equipped, spacious villa which was very nicely furnished. The position of the villa was wonderful, and we were very well looked after by the agent Jane who was very helpful.
The holiday was definitely good value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to friends. I would also use the villa again myself.

| "We have just rteturned from No 3 it was a fabulous property with amazing views It completely exceeded our expectations. It is very tastefully furnished and kitted out. The villa is extremely spacious and situated in an excellent position. There is a small but beautiful pool perfectly adequate for cooling off. The property and gardens pool area etc are immaculately maintained. Overall I would recommend to anyone to go they would have a lovely holiday."
