| "As a family of four there was something for all of us. The house was spotless. The location exceptional. The staff 1st class. We have recommended this house to friends & relatives. The only negatives I would say are if you dont eat out then be prepared to wash up as there is no dishwasher! There are lots of seagulls as the site is located on the cliff top. We did receive a letter stating that every effort was being made to remove nests from the site which is encouraging. I have to say the kids and my husband were not bothered by them but for me, I was woken very early in the morning by them! This is a very honest review. I would, however, return to the site because of its cleanliness, staff and location. Top marks from Roberts family."

"Fair value for money, the walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbours all the time. Tap for the bath didnt work only on shower setting. Kitchen poorly equipped with dishes etc. O.K. if you just want to make a sandwich but not much use for cooking in."

Our house was occupied when this customer wanted to rent and so as a favour, we arranged for her to be accommodated in a neighbours house, two doors away from ours. Although the houses in Palm Gardens are all similar in design and furnishings, there are differences between them and this review refers to the neighbours house, not to ours. The kitchen in our house is very fully equipped. Also, our house is at the end of the block, making it semi-detached, and we rarely, if ever, hear noise from next door.

| "Having just returned from holiday, I felt the need to review the property we stayed in. Having been to Carvoeiro on numerous occassions we found that townhouse is ideally situated, it is within easy walking distance of the town and beaches.
The accommodation is top quality and really is a home from home with everything that you require. The house is spacious and is well equipped. Most self catering accommodation gives you limited cooking and kitchen facilities, not this house, all that you need is there and the washer is a god send.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone, we will certainly return.
The complex itself has good facilities, and you dont need beach towels as these are provided via reception to all guests on a use and swap basis, saves on packing.
We have had a great time it is so easy to book and thanks to John for making everything run like clockwork.

| "A very attractive townhouse in a superb location, right next to the pool and with a lovely garden area overlooking the sea. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout.
The cafe/restaurant also served very good food and offered a takeaway option which was very useful when our baby was too tired for us to be able to go out on a couple of evenings.
All in all a fantastic holiday with great accommodation for our 18 month old baby - thank you! We very much look forward to returning.

| "In a lovely location for those that want to experience both the lovely town of Caroviero and golf at Vale de Milho. The complex provides everything you could want, including fantastic (if cold) pool, sunbathing area, restaurant and helpful reception staff. The townhouse itself was gorgeous - lovely views over the pool on one aspect and to a quiet garden area with sea views from the lounge. The kitchen provided every possible utensil and facility to allow you to eat in every night if you chose, the beds and living areas were fantastically comfortable. All in all, a lovely site for my third holiday in the restort. Only complaints (minor), please make pool a little bit warmer (although my 12 year old nephew spent 2 hours every afternoon in there, us old 40 somethings had to really summon up our courage to get in!) and from a very personal point of view, would have liked Sky Sports for British football (I know, sad!)
