| "We had a lovely time at the Villa Dubravka. It was perfect for our party, including a significant number of teenagers and young adults who loved the sea, the canoes and the rowing boat, as well as boule, volleyball and table tennis. The property has bags of charm and character and the bay and village are very appealing. We didnt dine out much, but the restaurant we visited was very good and the walk to it around the bay very enjoyable. Darko and his family were very welcoming and friendly and cooked a lovely BBQ for us, as well as showing us how the masters play boule. Many thanks to John for all the entertainment! The best thing we can say about the Villa Dubravka is how much we all loved our time there, which was far too short, and how we intend to visit it and the beautiful bays, islands and mountains of Southern Croatia again. The villa was very quiet, yet there was easy access to Dubrovnik and the airport."

| "A lovely place, great people and we really felt as though we were a part of the community. We met some great local people there, including Darko and his family and "Chief" and his.. Boche on Sunday afternoon was great and so were the local contacts. Get some local fish and olive wood for an amazing BBQ!
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to relax, do day trips and spend time in wonderful surroundings with their kids.
The owners were very kind and amazingly accommodating. A wonderful family. Much better than a hotel for those who want more. A charming period piece with wonderful surroundings.

| "We had a brilliant time at Villa Dubravka with many thanks to Darko and his family. The house is beautiful with a lot of the original furniture from the 1920's, with crystal clear water on the doorstep, located in a beautiful bay conveniently close to the old town of Dubrovnik.
The hospitality we received and friendliness of the owners was fantastic and made our stay a most memorable one. We would highly recommend it."

| "We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Dubrawka.
With sunshine every day we enjoyed the green beautiful water, the comfertable sunbeds and the charming garden. We especially appreciated the 3 kayaks. It was relaxing and exiting to go on tours with them and explore the souroundings.
The owner was very friendly and did his best to make us feel comfertable.
Dont forget to taste his olive oil and see his
olivetrees.
We also had some beautiful hiking tours to the top of the mountians behind.
It is a quiet place with very few tourist. However Dubrovnik is only 15 min. away by car.
Have a nice vacation."

| "An old family house full of character dating from the 1920's in the quiet hamlet of Mali Zaton. There is some noise from the main road behind the house but otherwise the location is perfect. Swimming just in front of the house with fresh water shower. Dubrovnik is only 10 minutes away and there are excellent restaurants locally much closer than that.
The house is well appointed with a/c in all rooms and Darko the landlord is thoroughly charming and helpful. We had a sailing boat with us and were able to moor it safely right in front of the house.
Highly recommended."

| "Our family of 5 (aged 10-53) had a fantastic holiday at Villa Dubravka. Zaton Bay is beautiful and unspoilt, with clear, warm water for swimming, kayaking and sailing. There are a few restaurants (one very good indeed) within walking distance and the busy nightlife in Dubrovnik is about 15 minutes away by car. We found it wonderful to be able to take two or three steps from the terrasse and dive into the bay. We used the rowing boat, the fishing gear, the badminton/volleyball court and played boules. The beautiful 1920's high ceilinged villa had everything we needed in the way of facilities and the owners went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We will be back!"

| "The property was in a lovely location, in a very pretty, quiet bay, not far from the Centre of Dubrovnik, so also very convenient. It was very comfortable and clean (although not modernised) and had the sea right at the end of the garden which was great for swimming. The owner was charming and very friendly - doing everything he could to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had everything we wanted."

| "The villa is a lovely house in a quiet bay about 20 mins from Dubrovnik. It is perfect for families with young children as there is a good sized, flat garden which can be secured from the road behind and the water in front. We had a really great family time there - swimming, rowing the little dinghy, playing ping pong and bowls, etc. The owners are lovely and very generous with nice things like sheets and towels, and even baked our son a birthday cake. We will definitely be coming back."

| "A wonderful property, full of character and charm. The sea is only two steps away and the bay is quiet and relaxed. It is located near good restaurants and bars, and only 15 minutes from Dubrovnik.
The owner of the villa went out of his way to make us feel welcome, to show us the local area and culture and was very friendly and charming.
A great place for a holiday."

| "This is a splendid house dating from the 1920s with much of the original period furniture retained. It has large, high cool rooms with terrazo and parquet floors and a large and beautifully planted garden. It sits at the waters edge on a quiet lane but is close to the main road and only twenty minutes or so by car from Dubrovnik. (There is some traffic noise form the main road but it is not intrusive unless you were especially sensitive about that sort of thing).
The owner is charming and immensely helpful.
Because this is an older house it may not suit every taste (no pool for example) but we all (ages 20-70) found it absolutely charming and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend."
