| "Our home was in Liberty Village and it was amazing. The pool and spa were beautiful as well as all of the homes furnishings and decor. The actual home owner was there to greet us when we arrived and stopped in to wish us well on our departure date. I highly recommend this home and plan to return to it the next time my family comes to Florida. Loved the house and Chris Eaton for all of his hard work in securing such a wonderful place for my family and I."

| "The property was clean and tidy. The vertical blinds to the patio area needs to be refurbished as they do not close at night time. this was reported on the second day and although the managment company said they would have them repaired it did not happen.
I would certainly use the same villa again"

| "The villa was everything we expected and more. Clean,tidy and well presented. Close enough to everything but just far enough away when Mickey was getting a bit too much and Universal just to loud and fast. If we return to Florida again this will be the first port of call. Thank you"

| "The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. It is close to all the attractions in Orlando and provided a good base for trips. The lake behind the villa was beautiful with the opportunity to feed ducks and turtles daily! The downside for the villa was the lack of TV channels. There was no TV provision for children, world news or sport. Otherwise we would reccommend this villa."

| "Thank you for the use of your house - we enjoyed our stay there, but wasn't long enough! We tried to call in to the management the next morning as requested on the paper, but no one would answer the phone and there was no answering machine. It was nice to stay in a clean house and have enough room to move about - much better than a motel!"

| "The home was in great condition and was even stocked with a few "suprises" - items which made our stay even more convenient, such as a life jacket for our toddler which we did not bring with us. The management company was very responsive to our questions and needs. The location was convenient to the purpose of our trip and we were quite pleased and plan to stay there again."

"This was our 25th year in Orlando and the first stay in this villa - the villa is very clean, the pool is great and the surroundings are spectacular. The manmade lake in front of the villa is an inviation to enjoy fishing, which is (unfortunately) not allowed. Turtles and other species are in close range and add to the beautiful location. We would recommend it to everybody who is looking for good value for money!
