| "Stayed there with my husband and 2 kids (9 @ 14) for 1 week in August 09.
Great central location - 20 min walk to Petronas Towers, walking past the British Embassy.
Only 10 minute walk to Ampang park train station which we used.
Fantastic apartment, very well furnished, home from home. Found it much better than staying in a hotel.
Had loads of space for all 4 of us, plus added bonus for me of having a washing machine.
Fantastic views from living room.
Would recommend that the owner get wireless internet connection.
Did not cook in apartment apart from breakfast as eating out was cheap.

Lovely, well appointed home away from home. Spacious, beautiful views, convenient location, cheap taxi ride to city, close to international groceries store where you can get just about anything to cook in modern kitchen or dine at numerous local & international restaurants. Great value family or group accommodation. Bring your phone, no internet connection (bit of a pain), but can connect downstairs in seated communal courtyard. Very helpful owner and representative, Shanti. Will return next holiday in Malaysia.

| "Great place, good position, good supermarket very close by with a small 7/11for emergencies.
There was a number to call if we had any problems with the unit.
We found the lack of a phone a bit of a bother as we had not bought mobile phones with us, so we recommend that you do as the front desk staff at the Holiday Villas (at the front of the apartments) were very unhelpful.
There are all sorts of small shops & a chemist at the Holiday Villas with different shops for internet etc, with a short walk to Ampang Park for great food & a bit of shopping.
Best shopping was at BB PLaza & Sengai Weng

| "The apartment was fantastic. The view out of the lounge window towards the Twin Towers is spectacular, especially at night with the towers lit up. The location is also spot on - being just on the edge of the main city area, its both quiet and very convenient. KLCC is about 10 mins walk or so (2mins by taxi), Bukit Bintang about 5-10 mins by taxi (but avoid rush hour - traffic in KL can be horrendous).
The apartment had everything you could possible need - from kitchen equipment through to TVs/DVD players etc. Everything was modern, clean and the apartment well decorated. The apartment block also had several shops - pharmacy, convenience store (where you can get your local SIM card), car rental agent, hairdressser, restuarants, travel agent (for booking tickets e.g. to Genting). The Victoria Station restaurant is also well worth a visit - about 2 minutes away. There is also a bigger supermarket again about 2 minutes away if the convenience store doesnt have what youre looking for.
Although the apartment is not part of the Holiday Villa Hotel, concierge staff there were very helpful with luggage, arranging transport etc.
The local hotel agent was also very helpful and friendly - though with nothing to fault the apartment she was only needed to hand over keys! She was waiting when we arrived.
If you havent been to KL before I would highly recommend it - and highly recommend this apartment to stay in."

| "The owner was very helpful and made every arrangement possible to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment has been decorated to a very high standard and customer service was very good. Views from the window are stunning - espcially when there were fireworks around the twin towers - we switched off the lights and enjoyed this spectacle from the comfort of our sofa!"
