| "This property was very good and we would not hesitate to go again. The pool is excellent, the views stunning and the location terrific. Milk, bread, eggs, etc., were there on our arrival, but we had not been told to expect them so we shopped on the way. We missed our way when we first arrived because of lack of road signs at Georgioupoli but, otherwise, the directions were very clear. The unexpected extra was the invasion of centipedes, especially after a shower of rain - but they didnt seem unfriendly!"

This was a well-earned holiday and it met all our expectations and more. The villa was in a peaceful location with wonderful views of mountains at the back and the sea in front, plus other good views all round. We only hope that the area does not become too built up, otherwise it could be spoiled."

| "We had a wonderful stay at Villa Anastasia. The villa itself is comfortable, homely, tastefully decorated and complete with all mod cons. We enjoyed the pool and the roof terrace. The view is spectacular.
The only very small downside is the half completed houses next door which sadly are a bit of an eyesore - however we hope they dont get built as it would take aware from the sense of isolation and ruralness of the villa.
However - overall - we give this villa top marks!"

| "My wife & I stayed for one week 25th Sept.This turned out to be the perfect setting for us in our busy lives.The villa was excellent and good value for money,secluded (apart from the sheep)near Liistarda and Vamos where you have a couple of great tavernas,fabulous bakers,butcher and a couple of minimarkets.there was even a petrol station on the outskirts of Vamos.
I would personally thank Jane and Trevor the owners for allowing us to use this excellent villa.
We shall certainly go back again

"A very well equipped villa in a quiet and peaceful setting with good views to the sea. Our only disappointment was that due to it's position in the lea of the white mountains, it clouded over by lunch time each day, this was probably due to the lateness of our stay (October) though and no fault of the villa's position which I am sure is wonderful in the spring and summer.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable (unlike the usual greek ones), there was a comfortable sofa and even a fireplace which we made good use of due to the cold evenings when we were there.
A villa we would strongly recommend if you want to be away from the crowds."

Unfortunately the guests experienced some cloudy weather during their stay. The villa is in very sunny position and gets the sun all day from sunrise to sunset irrespective of the time of year.
I had been staying in the villa the previous week and was still sunbathing at 6.30pm!

| "The location is idyllic, the villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was good for swimming but not ideal for very young children. Very near to some lovely beaches, in particular Almerida beach is very safe for small c children and very close. The instructions to get there were very clear and we had a good welcome pack when we arrived. Chania was a lovely place to visit, although a little further to get to than the owners suggested. However, we may have gone the wrong way!
We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and I would highly recommend Villa Anastacia"

| "We stayed here in May 2007.
We found the property to be of excellent standard and totally exceeded our expectations. Finding the villa was easier than expected if you consider the location of it. This was of course helped by the accurate directions given by the owner. It is only the last 200 metres that is actually by track ,and the rest is asphalted.
A car is absolutely essential as the nearest main village (Vamos) is a half hours walk or five minute drive away. This does add to the remoteness of the place,but if you want peace and quiet, total privacy and beautiful views then Villa Anastasia has it in abundence. That is why we chose it in the first place.
The sun terrace is absolutely brilliant with 360 degree views,especially down the hill and across the bay and in the evening it is just as nice where the only sound you will here is the jingling of a sheep's bell. Talking of which,you will encounter a herd walking down the road in the mornings or early evening but that just adds to the charm. Just let them walk by,they're harmless.
The facilities in the place are first class. The owners have left nothing to chance.There are even candles and a torch in case of a power cut ,which are not uncommon in Greece. The crockery and cutlery are of good quality, better than what you normally get in standard accomadations.There are enough power points that even come with a couple of UK adaptors.
The property is also very clean and the pool,which is lovely,
is also cleaned twice a week by a friendly English couple.
N.B. It can get a little bit windy being slightly higher up so use plenty of sun cream.
All in all an excellent villa if you want to get away from it all and just to chill out. We are already looking forward to booking next year."
