| "We have just returned from 2 weeks stay at this villa, it took our breath away from when we opened the door. This villa is beautiful and we felt right at home. It was hard work trying to drag the kids out of the pool to go to disney which is about a 15 mins drive away traffic dependant. It is situated in close proximity to supermarkets and dining places. I loved the size of the bed in the master bedroom! I feel this house is very reasonably priced and if we could afford the flights again we would definately choose this property again. We had the time of our life and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home."

| "Nice home & quiet location. Pool heating wasn’t the best (maybe the weather was too cold?) and no internet access inside the house. (Using the neighbors WIFI is possible, but maybe not recommendable?). Short distance to shopping, dining, groceries & all Disney parks. All in all good value for money, and we will definitely look this place up next time in Orlando."

| "This was our first time renting a Villa, and we must say that we werent disappointed. The Villa was spotless. We Brought along our Parents and sisters family so in total their were 10 of us, the great thing about this villa is its so big it seems to never get crowded. It really made you feel at home with having so much you could do. The villas are gated which really makes you feel secure and protected when having your family with you. It is close to so many of the attractions and stores. We all really had a great time, and will definately return and tell others about it. Thanks Allison and Steve for making your villa feel like home, which made our vacation so enjoyable!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Corra Lynn, home from home.
The only negative thing I would have to say was that on the evening of our arrival, 23 October one of the bedrooms had been over looked by the cleaning service. The en suite wasnt cleaned and the double bed had not been changed. We were understandably very tired having flown from Dublin Ireland 23 hours before and the last thing we needed was to start changing a bed.
This was the only hiccup and it happened to be my grumpy daughter and her husband who were using this room, but we got it sorted and very much enjoyed the rest of our holiday."

We are very sorry that the maintenance was not absolutely up to scratch - just the kind of thing that could spoil an otherwise perfect vacation - rest assured we have dealt with this and it wont happen again. We work very hard to create a dream vacation for all our guests and it infuriates us when these things occur - once again - very sorry.

"This was our second visit to the villa, however, on this occasion, we took two friends along as well who were visiting Florida for the first time- you could say- " Florida Virgins " ! We all had a superb holiday, the villa is in a perfect location with many amenities/ attractions very close to hand. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as the best place to stay when visiting Florida.

| "The villa was very well equipped for our party of 6 adults and 3 children,there was plenty of cutlery etc,it was very clean and tidy and had ample space for us all if someone needed peace and quiet there was somewhere to go if the weather was wet there was plenty to do although we didnt use the games room much it is a nice touch that adds to the villas charm,the rooms were very spacious and well laid out,my wife and i escpecially liked the master bedroom,the only trouble was the bed was so huge she couldnt kick me out haha,the location for the supermarkets and parks etc was good,it used to take us about 20 mins to drive into kissemee,all in all we had a good time here and would have no hesitation to book this villa again."

| "Having read the many positive web-reviews prior to arriving at the Villa, our high expectations were not disappointed! We found this stunning villa to be beautifully presented with great facilities and within easy reach of all the major attractions. Considering we had booked very last minute, the day before (!), we found the booking system highly efficient and the owner most accommodating. Professional and warmly hospitable - the perfect combination for a seamless holiday!"

We were disappointed to find that it was already rented for the period of our vacation this year. I have to say that this was definitely the best home we have ever rented....and we have rented many over the years. I would highly recommend this property!!"

"I am a bit late in sending this message as we have been unpacking since our return from your lovely villa.
We had a very good holiday and the villa was great and wish to thank you very much, particularly for the complimentary extra days.
The pool was excellent and very well used all day and evenings. I managed to read several books relaxing in the front lounge and we all had space to have our quiet moments. We have not experienced an upper level before and this was lovely especially the en suite. I did not play air hockey much as the kids kept winning but was more adept on the pool table. In short everybody enjoyed the villa and the facilities.

| "Wow, what can I say!
Having never stopped in a Villa before I was a little concerned with what to expect but we had nothing to worry about here.
This is a stunning Villa, spotless; the pictures don’t do this property justice at all. Its close to all the parks has everything you need including a BBQ.
Its HUGE, the master bedroom is to die for with a shower that will fit 4! Then there two further double bedrooms with full on-suite facilities, or should I say full size bathrooms, we had our 68 year old aunt stop with us and it was perfect as she was self contained on the ground floor and no queues for the bathroom at any time of day. Books, magazines, DVDs all provided for you if you get bored but how can you be bored with air hockey, pool table, dart board, spa are swimming pool provided! I think we only had the TV on in the morning over breakfast.
I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that I did not need to buy all the basics on the night we got in as these are provided to get you started.
The gated community gives the extra security and piece of mind for those with children; we had no issues with our daughter as this is a very quiet location and being gated means no strangers around.
Whilst in a gated community not all the properties are holiday villas a lot are homes and as a result there are people around all day long again I found this reassuring as when your out the sites not empty.
Also as this villa is on a slight hill there is no one over looking the pool area, you can see down the hill to the neighbours but they can’t see up giving you added privacy. The south facing aspect of the pool means we had sun all day!
I will be booking this villa again next year, its excellent value. For anyone unsure as to whether or not to book a villa, book this one I will never go back to Orlando and stop in a hotel again I will be stopping here for the coming years that’s for sure.
A few tips –
If you are going to use the washing machine take some powder / liquid with you as the supermarkets only sell BIG bottles
Remember Florida add 6.5% sales tax on prices advertised, we booked too late to buy our Disney tickets in the UK and these were more expensive at Disney when the tax is added than the UK only tickets you can buy over here before you go.
Don’t book when I want this one next year!

| "I must say that I have been to Orlando many times and stayed in some lovely villas but this one takes the biscuit. We were stunned with how beautiful this home is - the furniture is the kind of stuff I dream about having at home. The house is spotless and very quickly felt like home. My children loved it so much I think they looking to be adopted by Alison, the owner. I thought the price for our two week stay was unbeatable. We loved the location which set us up not just for Disney but for the coast, the shops, and the restaurants. To be honest I would have happily missed out on the attractions and sat by the pool for the whole two weeks soaking up the luxury and reading one of the many good books Alison has provided (Great taste in Novels!!). I will be booking my next five holidays right here. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!. Many thanks to Alison, our Scottish host for a truly wonderful holiday home experience."

| "This villa is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for everything we wanted, the parks, the golf course, the shops. The hygiene is absolutely first class and the furnishings are the most luxurious I have seen. This villa has been set up to make you feel like a guest in someones home. It is very well equipped and the pool and spa are just luxurious. This will be our base for Florida and I hope to convince some of my friends to schedule a trip here. | "Home was absolutely beautiful. Wireless internet was not available as advertised. It was in the home, but it was secured so we were unable to access it, although we were able to pick it up wireless networks from nearby homes. The home was fantastic. I would definitely return to this same home, and I would highly recommend it to friends. It was very clean and the furnishings are beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe going out for walks. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Publix supermarket is only 2 minutes drive away and Wal-Mart Supercentre is 5 minutes."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Corra Linn. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. It is ideal for visiting the theme parks and playing some golf. The neighbourhood is very well laid out and is quiet. There is a mix of rental properties with actual homes in this area which we liked. This will be our base for future trips to Florida.
