I stayed at El Jardin with my 2 kids aged 18 and 16. We were met by Sally who was extremely helpful. The apartment more than lived up to the description and pictures. The location and view are magnificent. The apartment was plenty large enough for the 3 of us and the standard of the accommodation is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the extensive patio area and enjoyed several BBQ. When not at the apartment we spent most of our time at the local attractions - Terra Mitica, and the wildlife park/sea life/water parks. I would also highly recommend a meal or two at the Sierra Cortina spa restaurant. Very well prepared and presented as well as reasonably priced. Overall, a perfect high quality accommodation and complex away from Benidorm but close enough to drive to in a matter of minutes if you want to go to the beach etc. Tony"

| "Sally was at the apartment when we arrived and was a great help explaining all about the apartment and the area, whats around etc.
The apartment was beautiful inside and certainly met all our expectations. Everything we needed was there and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. The pool was also spotless. We enjoyed the holiday and would definately recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.
Not ideal if you want to be near the beach as either a car is needed (15 mins drive) or a taxi.
Be warned when driving in the town centre that parking is a premium at weekends and can be very difficult to find spaces.
Overall the holiday in general was thoroughly enjoyed and the aprtment was really nice."

| "this property was more than we expected. spotlessly clean, secure, well equipped and had gorgeous views. although finding the complex was difficult, which would have been expected in an area unknown to us in a strange country but was still great. very quiet and relaxing, but close enough to go shopping, go to the beach and local theme parks(10 minutes in car). pool was clean and lovely but property could do with a gate just off the garden for the kids to just run down to poolside without fighting the security doors although they didnt complain. only british channel was sky news but weather was good for october so we didnt need to use tv much. (waterparks were closed but terra mitica was open) kitchen was fantasticly equipped with everything! did most of our shopping at Lidls. only advice is that you do need a car and a sat nav to get you around! beaches were gorgeous. three to choose from nearby. everyone was friendly ... the complex the villa was on was well maintained and secure but could benefit from more recreational places like a small pub but beautifully placed none the less. never slept so well as we knew we were safe. would definately go back without hesitation!!!!"

| "the apartment was spacious & very well maintained including all modern luxurys of home. could not fault it in any way. however the pool was in need of maintanance, it appeared not to have been cleaned for some time so therefore i refused to allow the children to play in it. would recomend anyone staying here should consider the distance to the neerest shop (well beyond walking distance ) or the distance to central benidorm. taxi fares were approx 15 euros each way. to anyone wanting a peacefull break in the sun this would be ideal. our contact over there matt was very helpfull, and was able to offer advice and help. must say we enjoyed our time there and were sad to leave. would be happy to return again."

| "Just returned from a very relaxing week staying in this lovely apartment with my husband and three teenage children. The property has lovely views and everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. My husband and sons played golf and my daughter and myself enjoyed shopping in the nearby La Marina. I would say you need a car but well worth it to have the peace and quiet. Lots to do within 5 minutes drive.
We were all sorry to be leaving - sure sign of a good holiday!"

| "The apartment is very clean and well maintained and had all the facilities listed and more to make it a home from home holiday. The jacuzzi bath is lovely after a hard day laying in the sun! And the kitchen is well equipt with everything you can think of from bottle opener to dishwasher!
The apartment is very spacious and has good sized enclosed gardens to back and side, that are very child friendly. I took my 18 month old grand daugter and didnt have to worry about her at all when playing in the garden.
The pool is below the apartment and rarely used. This is probably because there are no gates through the gardens and you have to walk round and down a sloped grassed area and down some steep steps or go back through the apartment and down the sloping road to get to it. There are no sunbeds or facilities around the pool so it doesnt attract many visitors which is a real shame! i would have used it everyday had there been a gate leading from the garden to it! Instead i bought an inflatable one for my grand daughter to play in in the garden!
The security is second to none with lockable gates on entrance to the property as well as a lockable gate to the apartment block, and automatic shutters to every window and atio door! Security Guards can be seen regularly driving around at all hours of the day and night. I stayed here for almost a week on my own and felt very safe!
The apartment would benefit from having a list of local numbers and addresses readily at hand for local doctors, taxis, hospital etc. We needed a doctor while we were there and didnt know where to start looking for one! On my return the owner said i should have telephoned Sally the hired help, but if you are like me you dont want to trouble anyone else and would much rather sort it yourself! Also brochures on local attractions and prices would also be handy to have in the apartment. We did try asking at the Security Gates but they speak and understand very little English!
it is also fair to say if you plan on using the apartment as a base then you would need to hire a car as taxis in the area to and from Finestrat and Benidorm are fairly expensive, costing anything from 13 to 18 euros to & from Benidorm and 6 to 10 euros to Finestrat beach and shops.
Sallys Husband kindly picked me up from the airport (arranged by the owner) and charged me 75 euros, and to be fair he did wait while i dro pped my cases off and drove me to the local Hyper market on his route back home. This probably would have cost an extra 6 euros by taxi.
However, he told me that the taxis outside of the airport charges up to 90 euros to Finestrat, which i learnt during my stay was very rare! All the local taxis were advertising the airport run for 55 to 60 euros. My son came at a later date than me and paid 58 euros both ways! I paid 55 euros on my return journey!
The best thing to do if planning on getting a taxi outside of the airport is to ask the price before getting into to it, as you can expect some locals that know you are tourists to try it on with prices! But what you dont expect is a fellow English man to! But as they say we live and learn!"

| "The apartment is amazing in a lovely area nice and peaceful away from the noise of benidorm centre,it is only a short taxi ride to the bars and restaurants.Also close to the apartment is la marina which is good for shopping or a drink on an evening.The lovely clean beaches and the old spanish villiges we visited where really nice.To sum it up was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and would recommend it to anyone many thanks"

| "We did a lot of travelling while we were there as we were climbing most days. For us the property was easy to get to from the main roads in the area, and made a good base for us. With the hypermarket just down the road, and the sports centre 2 mins walk away."

| "Excellent property....fantastic location although you will need a car to get about properly.
Villa clean and in good order through out, modern and spacious we are a family of 4 and had plenty of room... very friendly lady met us to sort out the keys.
Lovely pool areas...there is a bit of development going on around this resort but nothing that got in the way of our hoilday and we imagine that once the development is completel finished there will be a array of shops/ bars on the resort for your use.
Owner of this property very friendly and accommodating...excellent!!!!"

| "The property was very clean and tidy. We were met by an english speaking rep on arrival who was very helpful (Thanks Sally). The views around the property were spectacular with benidorm and the sea to one side and the mountains to the other. Everything we needed was available including cooking, washing and ironing facilities. The local people were very freindly. Overall I would strongly recomend this property for a relaxing place to stay yet with lively benidorm just five minutes drive away."

| "On arrival the keys were there ready for us to collect . Once we got into the apartment we were more than thrilled. The apartment was stunning with fantastic views overlooking benadorme. We were supplied with all new appliances and the apartment was spotless and clean. We were really impressed with the security of the apartment as well as the main complex with the security guards driving around throughout the day. The pool was well cared and maintained as well as the area kept spotless. Overall I would reccomend the apartment to friends as well as rent it again in the near future. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning in the near future."
