| "From the trouble free booking of the villa through Villa- Renters, the very helpful and informative email from the owner, the professionalism of the transfer service, and the great welcome of the villa’s management, the holiday was on track to be enjoyable and stress free even before we were shown around the villa.
If you want a villa that has plenty of space – we were a party of 4 adults and a child and infant – a villa that is superbly equipped with everything you could need, is clean and very well furnished – including the lovely pool and garden furniture- and added to this is a mobile telephone for you to access the management team (their response was always immediate) the very helpful file which gives lots of local information including culture and custom, then without a doubt, Villa Diana is for you.
I am always a little suspicious of glowing reviews (are they friends of the owners?) but I am unable to find anything negative to say about our experience and by the way, we have never met the owner!.
The villa is exactly as described as is the location – if you want a home from home of ‘foreign Blackpool’ just visit Hisaronu – here at Villa Diana you can really feel part of the local community and the Turkish neighbours were very friendly –you will get used to the cockerel by day three honestly! Equally the location is accurately described and, though not in the epicentre of the holiday accommodation in Calis Beach, everything really is only a pleasant 10 minute walk away.
I really would recommend this villa to anyone and we will be booking again. Thank you all involved for a lovely memorable holiday.

| "First time abroad for a number of years and the booking couldnt have been simpler.
So reassuring to be met at the villa by tracey and desree to have the basics explained and very comforting to know they were only a text or call away.
The villa was lovely always a shady spot to keep out of the sun, plenty of loungers so didnt have to keep moving them around. Pool was super, I think my son started to grow flippers he was in it so much. Air conditioning provided much welcome relief from the heat. For a relaxing holiday by the pool is difficult to beat and the beach and restauraunts only a short walk away.
I would definitely recommend this to friends and hope to return, possibly when a little cooler to see some sights."

| "We had an amazing time at this villa. We were met at the Villa by Tracey and Desree who helped us throughout the week by booking us taxis, they couldnt have been more helpful. Any queries I had before the holiday were quickly answered via email.
The villa is in a a quiet location but it is very near to the beach and the bars and restaurants.
The villa was very clean when we arrived and pool was cleaned every other day.
We had an excellent time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again myself!

| "Fabulous! There is everything in Villa Diana that you could possibly need - it is definitely home from home.
VILLA - The villa is situated in a quiet residential area (apart from the cockerel who likes to wake you up in the morning!), approximately 10 minutes (slow walk) to the main promenade. Ladies - leave your high heels at home - the walk to the beach/prom is along loose stone paths - you will need to wear flat shoes/sandals or flip flops.
GROCERIES - There are plenty of supermarkets close by where you can stock up on essentials - or BBQ food. Tariqs, which is nearest the villa is very cheap for milk, water, Efes beer and wine and the Melissa Market for fruit and vegetables and other groceries.
RESTAURANTS - There is an abundance of places to eat in Calis - our favourite restaurants were Bella Mammas (pizzas/lasagne etc), Mimoza (very cheap Sunday roast including Apple Pie for 14TL - approximately £5.80), Lilys Steak and Grill and Chinese Breeze.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Tracey and Desree will sort out any problems you may have and are only a phone call/text away. A mobile phone is available for your use whilst in the villa.
TRIPS - This is our second time in Turkey and therefore we did not go on any sightseeing tours. However, Tracey and Desree did organise a fishing trip for us. This was a fantastic day out and we were looked after extremely well - lots of food available at lunchtime and homemade chocolate cake for afternoon tea!
There is a waterpark in Calis (albeit a very small one), probably best for younger children rather than teenagers.
SHOPPING - There is a market on a Sunday in Calis - our first attempt at finding it was aborted as we couildnt find it anywhere. However, on our second attempt we were more successful (after asking about 4 locals how to get there!). Its very similar to the Fethiye market. Fethiye market is on a Tuesday - we went by water taxi (4TL per person each way (approx £1.70).
MONEY EXCHANGE - best to take £s and exchange in Calis - the exchange rate in August was 2.40TL to the £. Travellers Cheques/cash can be exchanged in most shops in Calis.
WEATHER - the weather was superb - very hot with a wonderful breeze.
BOOKING EXPERIENCE - One of the easiest holiday bookings I have ever made. Thank you Peter for answering all my queries so promptly and making the initial booking so simple. The transfers organised by Tracey and Desree were perfect - the taxi firm were waiting just outside the airport and Tracey and Desree met us at the Villa and gave us a guided tour. The taxi arrived promptly on the day of our departure and we were at Dalaman in plenty of time for our flight back to the UK.
I would highly recommend Villa Diana and Calis to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, family holiday. The nightlife is really about having a nice meal, watching the sun set and chilling out with family and friends.

| "Well appointed villa in a nice quiet residential location, but within easy walking distance of Calis Beach and shops. Transfers worked well, and local agents very helpful. Air conditioners were effective (and needed to be!) Had a very enjoyable week and would definitely come back again some time."

| "We are all back in Sunny England now it looks as if we have brought back some of the beautiful weather we had in Turkey. We had the most fantastic time at the Villa Diana it was absolutely gorgeous. It was so easy from the time we stepped off the plain, being met at the airport and taken to the door of the Villa. The girls were there to meet us, their welcome was overwhelming they were just so helpful and friendly. There was everything we needed at this beautiful Villa from hair dryers, Iron even down to a washing machine. It was sheer luxury to laze around our own pool during the day and enjoy a family barbeque in the evening. The vast beach with its bars and shops were just 10 minuets walk away, which we spent many a day playing in the sea with our six year old grand daughter. The Local people were so friendly and eager to help in anyway we had many a homeruns moment with each other over language, but we soon learnt a few common Turkish words. There was plenty to do especially if you felt like you want to venturing out of Callis as the buses and ferry boats were just so cheep and easy to use. We can all highly recommend Villa Diana and Callis for a perfected holiday the only thing we regret is that we should had booked a longer stay"

We had a fantastic holiday and would not even let a couple of days rain spoil it.
A beautiful villa based near the local area of Calis, and only a 10 minute walk to the main area of Calis Beach. It has been well stocked, which made it seem like a home from home.
The locals are friendly and helpful, and the supermarkets which are only 5 minutes away stock everything that you need for a week.
Fethiye is nearby, where there are loads of shops that can definitely keep you occupied on a rainy day.
I suggest that all those that stay there go to the Calis Market on a Sunday morning to stock up on your veggies, etc. for the week as the food there is grown locally and very reasonable.

| "We are a family of four including two teenage children. The size of the villa allowed everyone their own space, but was not too big that we felt remote from each other.
Lcation was perfect for us, away from the main town in a turkish residential area. We particular liked being away form other tourists,( just a similar villa next door). The villa is a very slow 10 minute stroll from the main area of Callis Beach:the restaurants and beach. The villa has excellent faciltiessky tv and dvds, washing machine and dish washer. The best thing of all was the beautiful pool. We all loved it! (Beds are comfy too!)
Plenty to do in the area-white water rafting paragliding, jeep safari, boat trips, shopping- our 14 year old daughter said it was her best ever holiday! We had a really, really lovely holiday.
We were well looked after whilst we were there: any help was just a text or phone call away.
This holiday was definately value for money and we would all recommend Villa Diana as a great place to stay."

"Hello there Peter We had a lovely time in Chalis beach and in the villa. Thank you very much for giving us the money to re-stock the fridge, this was very much appreciated and we were glad that we were not without it for too long. we thought the villa was very nice and comfortable, I believe my daughter and her friend watched almost all the DVDs so having a DVD player was great for the teenagers! The air conditioning units were fantastic and the best we have had in the villas we have stayed in. The beds were also very comfortable, we slept really well! Chalis beach was actually better than we had anticipated, and the front of shops and restaurants was great, we really enjoyed our evenings and met some very welcoming warm people in the bars and reastaurants. It was my daughters 16th birthday whilst we were away and the U2 bar made such an effort we were really touched as it was unexpected, we hadn't actually gone there to eat, we just went for drinks but they brought out a cake and let some fireworks off and put on a little show! We prefered Olu deniz in the day because of the beach but we felt that Chalis beach was very friendly in the evenings and we never went anywhere else in the evenings apart from Fethiye and Hisaranou a couple of times. the whole area is great and the dolmus service is so good! Our favourite small supermarket to purchase drinks and biscuits etc was the one on the front, with steps leading down to it (I can't remember what it was called) but the owner was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Val and Howard's service was excellent. I thought that her taking you to the supermarket and showing us around the resort on the first day was a brilliant idea as she was able to point out some places, they were both very friendly and helpful and we felt that we could have contacted them about anything, which is very reassuring when you are abroad. We actually have never stopped in a villa that has a management team and I have to say that I would definately want there wherever we go in the future. we came back and felt very depressed because we had had such a good time - we even said that we would go back in September for a week!! Thank you once again for allowing us to stay in your villa and we wish you all the best and every success in your future lettings. Kind regards Lynne (from Banbury) "

| "The villa is beautiful and very well equipped, the pool is wonderful and there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. The terraces are ideal for eating outside, providing a welcome shaded area.
There were 7 adults in our party and we found the villa suitably spacious with plenty of storage space. The roof terrace of the patio bedroom on the top floor was an additional bonus.
The neighbours are very friendy, being a mixture of turkish and european.
The nearby shops can provide for all your needs.
There were plenty of things to do, with the prom and beach, with its array of bars and restaurants being only a 10 minute stroll. At the Kum City Beach club you can use their loungers/umbrellas for free as long as you buy drinks/food there.
The highlight of our holiday was the private day long boat trip, organised by Howard - the very helpful local agent. This cost of only 250ytl was was great value, which includes wonderful food provided throughout the day, with great swimming opportunties.
We would certainly recommend a dolmus trip to Olu Deniz, to visit the fantastic beaches and lagoon. Here the more adventurous can parasail down from the top of mount Babadag.
There are planty of trips available, information available in a folder, kindly provided by the villa owners.
Overall we would certainly recommend Villa Diana and Calis, and plan to return next year."

| "The villa itsel is big enough (though there were only of 4 of us but looks ok for bigger parties), in perfect condition and well furnitured. We found everything we need for accomodaition and relax near the pool. Swiming pool and area maintained daily and in perfect state. There is plenty of space to park a car outside the villa. Beach is nearby - 7-10 mins walk even with babies pram and no climbing on the way. We found planty of restaurants, bars, beach facilities there. Howard/Val is ready to help any time and the first day provisioning trip to Tansash is perfect idea when you do not want to hire a car from the first days or at all!
We spent 2 beautiful weeks on Villa Dianna and definitly recommend it to our friends.

| "I have never come across such a stress-free accomodation booking as I have done with Villa Diana and all thanks to Pete's efforts. The early-bird discounts are of excellent value for big parties!
Sadly I had to cancel at the last minute due to unavoidable party cancellations so never had the pleasure of enjoying the villa. However, I hope to be able to stay at Villa Diana in my future visits to Calis.
I will not hesistate to recommend to anyone Villa Diana/Pete."

| "Villa Diana is situated towards the end of Calis in a quiet area 10 mins walk from the main prom where there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, The buses ‘dolmus’ is about a five minute walk and your never have to wait long. The Villa itself was as described well furnished with all the comforts of home, clean, tidy and well looked after by the agents Howard, Val & Staff 5 star. With a local shop nearby and just a little further across the main road there is a new mini market just opened supplies are no problem. There were 8 of us in total, ‘2 families' staying in the villa with no problem of space. The highlight for us our own boat trip ask Howard or Val to arrange one for you, It was a great day out, well recommended. There is a street market every week in Calis check out the info available in the Villa for which days just a short Dolmus ride away. There’s lots to do if you want, on the other hand the villa is relaxing and quiet.
Well-done Peter & Co
Hope to be back soon
All the best.

The Villa itself was just as described, clean, tidy and well looked after by Howard and Val who are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. The local shop which is 2 mins walk has the essentials. The tours and trips out are brilliant fun and i would recommend the Daylan mud baths to everyone. We had a great time with our 4 teenage sons who never got bored and had loads to do. We intend to return soon on our own for a quieter time!"

| "Villa Diana definately met all of our holiday expectations - and more! It is modern, clean, spacious, well equiped and provided us with a very relaxing 'home from home' holiday venue. We were made very welcome and at ease.
The location of Villa Diana gave us the flexibility to easily do something different each day as & when we wanted to. We chilled-out around the lovely private pool, took short walks into Calis itself (to enjoy either the beach, restuarants or shops), caught the frequent Dolmus into Fethiye or beyond and explored the semi rural neighbourhood around Villa Diana, meeting the very friendly locals.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiay at Villa Diana. The after dark star-gazing from Villa Diana's peaceful roof-top open-air balcony (& watching the moon sitting atop the Fethiye mountains) was a memorable finale at the end of each day. We will definately be returning to Villa Diana for another visit very soon!"
