| "We found the contact person very helpful and the house spotlessly clean. The property is in an excellent location, a car is not necessary as the bus stop is beside to house. The patio is large with a covered area so we were able to use it every evening, although a bit shaded. The house has plenty of space for 6 to 8 people but an extra toilet would be helpful. Overall we were very happy with the property"

| "A very nice house for 6 people, nice kitchen and the lunch is very big with a piano and everything you need to play music, it has big windows and sofas for everybody. Bedrooms have good beds and the area is quite. we find the house very clean and warm. To go to berlin center is very easy as the public german transport is excelent."

| "The house is better than it looks in the pictures, it is clean and light, the bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and there was plenty of room for the six people in our group. The beds are all true doubles, I thought one of them would split into singles. There is a nice paved patio area outside with a table and chairs to use in the warm evenings. Shops and restaurants are very close by and the train and tram stations are easy to get to, the bus does stop outside but we found it easier to walk. There is also a very pleasant ferry which you can use to travel along the water and visit the pubs, we had a very nice meal at Helgoland. On the down side there is NO POOL, communal or otherwise, this was the biggest dissapointment of the holiday, Mr Christ said that it was a mistake in the ad? But no refund was forthcoming. The small old barbecue is busy growing new life forms, there was no iron or microwave and we had to pay for gas and electric which wasn't mentioned in the ad. Mr Christ was very helpfull booking a minibus to pick us up from the airport, although you could use the train if you didn't have much luggage. If you like to get out and about this is a good place to stay, it is easy to get into Berlin and there are plenty of places to relax if you want a day off. Even without the pool it was worth the money. But if you have an infant be warned the cot and mattress was being kept in a very damp smelly cellar (which is where the washing machine is), I wouldn't put a child in it. Also take plenty of strong insect repellent with you."
