| "A very nice property in a great location.
Well provided with outdoor furniture(which isnt always the case) althought the barbeque had seen better days.
Would be more than happy to stay there again.
The onsite managers were very helpful"

| "Location, location, location, the villa is lovely, neat and clean with everything you need but the view is what makes this such a wonderful place to stay. Waking every morning to look out onto a sparkling sea and a five minute amble onto one of the nicest beaches in the Algarve. We would definately stay here again if we come back to Portugal."

| "Weve just returned from 10 days in Luz at this property. The property is just as described - in fact the photos dont begin to do it justice. All fixtures and fittings were of excellent quality (it was very comfortable and spacious too), the location was perfect right on the sea with local amenities (such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets) all within a short walk. Positioned where it is on the sea and away from the main roads, you couldnt wish for a more quiet and peaceful location.
We had a little toddler with us (18 months) and a cot and high chair were provided. There were also plenty of towels provided (both bath and beach).
The villa is nicely air conditioned to keep you cool on hot days, and when its a little cooler having the patio windows open with the breeze blowing through is perfect. We had 5 people in our party and there would have been plenty of room for more to stay (theres a double bed, 2 twin room with one of the twins also having a double sofa bed, plus a cot if required).
If there was any problem it was with the pool - the pool isnt heated and the time of year we were there (1st week of June) we found it a little too cold to use, it was certainly too cold for our toddler.
All in all though we had a great holiday which was as much to do with the villa as the resort. Hopefully well be back again soon."

| "Our first stay in the vila was in May 2009. We are a family with 2 young children aged 2yrs and 6yrs. Upon arrival we were met by Jane from the management company and she couldnt have been nicer or more helpful right throughout our stay. She helped with arranging tickets for Water Parks etc. She also was very helpful in arranging golf tee times, which I would highly recommend Praia da Luz for. As the vila is well located you are only a short distance from any of the championship courses. When we first entered the vila our first impression was WOW!! The stunning views of the ocean and the coastline of Praia da Luz from the large L-shaped living/dining room were breathtaking. Vila No. 6 is actually the most superior of all the vilas as it is an end vila and offers the best views and has the most garden space which actually wraps around the property. Full kitchen with barbeque on patio offers easy dining options if you dont want to dine out all the time. Three well sized bedrooms upstairs one of which is ensuite while the other two share a large bright bathroom also located upstairs. Pool area is great, circular pool does have a shallow portion and slopes off deeper from the centre. With underground parking accessable via a secure electric garage door system. Each vila has its own access code. Praia da Luz is a perfect family resort. Great restaurants, all child friendly which is important when you have kids. Supermarkets and shopping all within walking distance as is the excellent beach. In our opinion staying at No. 6 Ocean View Vila in Praia da Luz has been our best holiday as a family and one we plan to repeat.

| "We were very pleased with our accommodation. So much so that I debated whether to write how excellent it was... might not get in again... ! We would definately return. It was the view that sold it to us and the location as it is a short walk into the village/town so its quiet but everything is just on your doorstep. Go to the outside resturant that looks like a fort the food is fine but the location is fantastic if you have good weather. The water sports water ski etc were easy to book on the beach and not overly expensive. The bigger supermarkets are better and we went to Lagos as well as I think it may be a bit cheaper. We hired a boat from Lagos harbour from South West Charters, who seemed very professional and this would be a good place to do a RYA course if you need something to do. To take a boat out on your own you would need to have the correct qualifications but I think they could provide someone alternatively and seemed like a nice friendly team. We did not have golf clubs but borrowed some and used the driving range at Penina Hotel which a treat for lunch on the way to Portimao. It look about 3 hours on the new motorway from Lisbon so it is possible to fly that way too. Cant wait to go back. Thanks for everything and lastly Jane who met and looked after us when we could not get the telly to work was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble."

| "We arrived at No 6 Ocean View with our 2 children aged 10 and 3 and their Grand Parents after travelling from Dublin early that morning.
We were delighted with the property, the high ceiling's and large open space, the superbly equiped kitchen, the lovely bright bedrooms with clean white linen and towels, but the best of all was the garden looking straight out to sea without any obstruction. This was where we had sunny breakfasts and lazy lunches it is just heaven.
The main beach of Luz is only a 12 minute stroll away with a smaller tidal beach a 3 minute hop over the rocks. There is a great selection of restaurants offering all types of cuisine at reasonable prices. We had a ceoliac with us and their needs were well catered for in the restaurants the supermarket and the small health shop. There is lots to do locally and the children loved the beach, if you hire a car then you can experience lots more in the surrounding area. We had a super holiday and will definitley be back."
