"The property was well equiped, clean and well maintained. It was in an ideal situation being half way between the main resort and the nearby shopping centre, about 10 Mins walk in each direction. We had a very relaxing holiday and would recommend this property to family and friends. There was some noise from aircraft but it did not bother us too much."

we do not get many negative feed back from our villa but when we do we act on that and get those things replaced or alterd , as for pool being in wrong place it can not go any other way unless we buy the road out side the villa and build it there , is the most stupid thing we have read about our pool from a geust , in the summer months the sun is on the pool all day long and there is a heater for winter months , the pooll is cleaned regular but we can not be held responsible for high winds blowing dust into the pool as in winter months the winds are higher ,

| "Just back from 2weeks in the villa and loved it, there were 4 adults and it was perfect size for us. We agree with other renters it needs more mirrors in the rooms having just 1 in the bathroom is not enough. We also agree could do with upgrade of outside plastic furniture. The pool was not on when we arrived on wed but friday poolguy came and put heater on and it was great to use by sunday :-) Cheapest supermarket is spar 10min walk to atlantico- opposite macdonalds you can see this from villa. quickest supermarket is 5min up hill. The bus to and from airport is onlt 1.30e per person an option! The roof terr is great, kitchen has everything you need and bathroom has bidet,lots of dvds. A fantastic 2 weeks in the sun would definately go -did not want to leave!"

| "we have just spent 2 fantastic weeks in villa Francesca cant recommend it enough the pictures and the review dont do it justice at all,it is spotlessly clean and is equipped with every thing you need for a stree free holiday. a man cleans the pool twice a week and the bedding and towels are changed even though there is a washing machine.cant wait to go again"

| "Was disappointed with the service .We reported that the safe had been closed and no code left we made that call within an hour of arriving at the villa and are still waiting on them providing a key to open it.
There is a lot of dust about due to building works (no noise to worry about ) but the furniture outside had not been cleaned for people arriving. Villa Francesca is lovely,we felt it was the people who are providing the cleaning and maintenance service that lets it down."

| "The villa itself is nice, brand new, very clean and fully equipped with whatever is needed for your holidays.
It is very conveniently located near everything - the beach is only a 5 minutes' walk away,
the largest (and cheapest) supermarket in the region less than 10 minutes', the village 10-15 minutes'.
The views from the roof change rapidly due to the new buildings (villas exclusively so far) popping up everywhere
but remain nice and interesting. When I was there, I could hardly notice building noises in the distance and they were definitely not a problem.
Don't count too much on the satellite tv for lazy evenings in as few channels, if any, are of interest at all.
A great plus is that you can catch the sun literally from sunrise to sunset on the roof terrace and from around 11am till
sunset by the pool/pool area. The swimming pool is reasonably sized and, because it's in the sun most of the day, the water always very warm.
All in all, I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing week where you can make the most of the sun!"
