| "A modern apartment that is furnished simply but attractively. It is also equipped to a high standard so self catering is a practical proposition unlike many apartments. Ideally located for a beach holiday and with the added benefit of a spacious rooftop terrace that is not often found in apartments at this price. In a quiet residential area but within walking distance of a small number of restaurants and shops in Oliva Playa. A few minutes drive away are many more shops and restaurants in Oliva town while further afield is the major Spanish resort of Gandia as well as Denia and Javea. Valencia city is also an easy day trip by train from Gandia."
