"We wish to clarify that La Casa del Rio is not isolated. It is situated amongst 37 properties, 2k equidistant from the town of Villalonga and Potries and the bus stops opposite.
John's party may have personally felt isolated, because being a party of 5 young people, plus parents, they wanted bars etc. literally on their doorstep.
Villalonga, again not isolated and only 2k away (2 minutes by car) has at least 12 bars, shops, supermarket etc.
La Casa del Rio has 4 double bedrooms,(not 3) and one does have a rather superb, four poster bed.
We do not claim to have air conditioning, and with an adequate supply of fans, nor have any of our other clients found it essential.
The charm of this house is that it has a rural location with every amenity close at hand.

| "whilst we had a good time we were very isolated at villalonga nothing within walking distance,our hosts were very welcoming but the fact they live above you felt restricted also your initial description of the property was misleading ie three double bedrooms with fourposter beds this was not the case and no ac only fans.
the pool area was exellent where we did spend a lot of our time plenty of room and plenty of sun beds & chairs"

| "Starting with the distant view from the patio/pool area of the old city district of Gandia, to the warmly decorated interior, this place was outstanding! Very convenient to the town center and the metro station, easy drive from Valencia airport.The property owners are very welcoming. I give it a 10 of 10!"
